The unit on the far right is mine, (Mach1). Please PM me whenever you're going to ship it. Thanks.
Everything looks good on this, but we need a Mach I temp probe. We're testing a few compatable probes and should have this unit ready to ship in a few days.Quote:

It seems that once they're installed they break down after a short time and the display reads gibberish. We are down to two controllers left to do three units. We will have to send these back to SSilencer and see if they can be repaired or replaced.
My question is this - is there anyone out there who is waiting on a single stage that would be willing to forgo the controller and acccept a UEI DT200 temp meter instead? If that's the case, then we have 4 single stage units nearly ready for shipment. I need fast responses here. Please pm me ASAP as I'd like to ship these units out late tomorrow or Saturday.
sounds to me like the display controllers are receiving bad power or a component is overheating.
hmmm could it be they are made for 220v psu settings and not 115v? they are being made in brazil right? and they use 220v right? just a thought, im not trying to blame anyone, as it could seriously be over looked accidentally.Quote:

they run on 15V or something, and you take your input and step it down.Quote:

the one on the far right looks like mine could you post picks of the side panels cause mine was orgt white and was covered in blk vinal so it should make it real easy for me to tell. i hope thats not all the pics you have reggie cause if that turns out not to be mine then you have lost my unit. ive been waiting since 11/16/05 for this to get regassed and a leak fix so i hope we can get this sorted out. i know your good for it cause you can just build me a unit if you have lost mine right? please get back to me asap imat my whits end...

G-Froster Xe's ran on 15v-18v AC or DC.
That unit belongs to EZClock. Your unit is elsewhere in the shop.Quote:

Reggie absolutely id'd it as EZClock's unit.Quote:

Wait a second... out of the over 10 controller I sent (which I got back from RMA)... 7 was initially working and than more died?
I tested 11 controller sets. Seven tested fine and 4 were bad. Or the seven good controllers four scrambled the readout on the dispaly within 5 minutes after the countdown. At that point it was 2am and we were more than tired and frustrated.Quote:

Philly, you've got a PM.
Guys, I have a quick question for you about the controllers. Have you shielded them from any ac interference? I know when I was testing mine, the display kept getting scrambled. I moved it further away from the transformer and shielded it, and all the scrambling went away. Just a quick thought. I also switched from metal mounts to plastic mounts.
We will definately take a look at that once I am back out in Las Vegas.Quote:
