Different "versions" of coolbits won't change that, unless someone changed the registry key entries to something that allowed higher clocks.
This is why you see some people with higher slider bars than others. Vanilla 7900GT goes so high, 7900GT CO goes higher, and the 7900GT Superclock cards go even higher. Its because the stock clocks are higher.
If you want higher slider bars with coolbits, just change the clocks in the bios, its as simple as that. If you don't feel comfortable pulling the bios from the card, changing it, and flashing it back, then probably another overclocking utility would be best. Maybe rivatuner will come out with something new soon.
