I think it is 1.500 with 102.4%, do you mean Dynamic Counter? it is diabled, I am playing around with different settings, but I am having a hard time figuring which ones are the important ones to play with. Will try more settings when I get home. The current settings ran for 6+hrs and one cpu in prime95 got error, so when I get home I will try the settings you gave me.

well, drop the cpu multiplier to 10
and the HTT multi to 3
you want to make sure that you are maxing out the ram and not your CPU, which is why you should clock the ram on either a 9 or 10 multiplier
Well I did like you guys said and I changed Trfc to 14 and changed Trtw to 3 and DQS skew Value to 0, so far so good, prime95 running.

It's pretty strange...I thought that maybe one of the modules is damaged so I tested them separately in bank No. 2. ...of course each module is just fine: 10x290 on CPU div 200 and no problem with SPi 32M on 2,5-3-3-7, just like with my old Venice core. But if I only insert the second module to bank No. 4 (the orange one closest to the cpu) to enable dual channel I receive bsod every time during the boot up phase even on default settings:confused:. I've got a strange Problem with my G.Skill PC4400 LE TCCDs.
I'm not able to run them @ stock-settings on my rig. (275. 2,5-3-3-7@2.7V)
another problem is that they are extreme unstable with 2.5-3-3-7 @ 2.7V even at 200mhz. the same happens with 3-3-3-7, only 2-3-3-7 is stable.
with cl 2.5 the pc hangs on the 2nd bootscreen before loading the os and restarts after ~2sec.
if i manage to get into win xp, i get immediately a bsod, or spi 1M stops after ~1sec. with "no exact in round".
it seems my tccd don't like cl2.5 & 3. :slapass:
even with 2.5-5-5-10 2T @2.8V it's not stable at 200 :mad:
with 2-3-3-7@2.7V they're rock stable :stick:
till 230mhz.

the rest of my sys is in the sig ;) . Unfortunately the cpu has got a coldbug so i'm using the boxed cooler at the moment ;)
actually I'm using the newest modded Bios from Tony (0406) . I've tried ~12 different bios, but the prob still remains.
I've also switched the rams in the slots--> no difference.
with one ram the rig is spi 1m stable (2.5-3-3-7@200). but in games or spi 2M it's also unstable (bsods).
please help me :(

try setting bank interleaving on disabled
looks like you've got a faulty pair................as in it won't run DDR550 rated speeds :( RMA time

at least he can boot into windows with cl2.5-3-3-7@200@2.7V/2.8V but spi 1M also fails after ~2sec.
another strange thing is that the sticks are memtest-stable (test 5,7,8) for hours. (@ 275 2.5-3-3-7@2.7V), but no go with windows. :stick:
