Doing 2-3-3-6 wif 2.9 @ 250, 2.5-3-3-6 wif 2.65 @ 280. Clocks equally well on both Intel and AMD platform.

My PQI 3200 Rev.3 Turbo are doing 300Mhz 1:1 at S478, pretty good ram, i think i can pull out more, but my it's my mobo's end. Ah, and I was running with 3,3V, Brainpower PCB and TCCD437.

it says the geil ultrax 3200 is, howabout the 4000? anyone know, I am a bit weary about taking the heatspreaders off because they have the temp things, worried about pulling out a cord or two.

i got mine yesterday.(patriot 3200 xbl 2x512) it has thte 815 pcb. well so far i guess its OK. its burnin in now at 2.5,3,3,11 @ 2.7v. i tell u guys like my old sammy ram this stuff doesnt like voltage at all. it can run like 225 at 2,2,2,11 but thats as far as she would go at those timings. my 3d 2k1 scores are down abit but other programs dont seem to be affected but the slower timings. oh its burning in at 241mhz. same speed i was using with my bh-5s forever now.

i will keep u guys posted on whether or not some burning in will help me get those 2,2,2 timings for 240 fsb.

i dam hope so, the system still seems alittle spunkier with the additional ram. :rolleyes:

a little bit of advise guys, i currently have 2x256mb ocz pc3500 ltd ed bh5 ram, shud i get a ocz booster and use them for a bit longer? Or get 2x512mb patriot xbl memory. I game alot.

somehow I doubt that.

Its pot luck at the end of the day, you'll need an overall good system to achieve this, 1 item wont make or break it, you need a overall good system that can achieve this mhz.

I just bought the G.Skill F1-3200DSU2-512LE today. I should have it by 3pm tomorrow. Can't wait to see what this stuff will do. :D

My NF7-S is running with vdd=1.7v in BIOS, it has no MODs at the moment.

I am planning to buy 2x512MB OCZ EL Plat PC3200 Rev2 for 2 reasons:

1) My system NEEDS 1 Gig RAM NOW !!
2) I will buy a DFI LanParty UT NF4 Ultra-D and a Winchester 3500+ in a few months, so i will use high FSBs then.

I would want to have 300FSB (or more :D) with good timings. I have seen some images posted here with rams @ 310Mhz 2.5-3-3 or so with 3v vdimm, and I think DFI NF4 mobo will do over 3v.

So, what RAM should I buy? 2x512MB of course...

I bought 2x512 A-Data Vitesta 566. Reason? Quite good price and chance for HTT 300 sync. Now i'm using A7N8X Dlx ( NF2 ) + Barton@2530MHz , but in next months i'm planning to buy DFI NF4 + Winchester 3200+. DFI offers Vmem above 3,2 V and I think, that @300Mhz will be quite possible.

Well i can buy A-Data DDR600 at a good price and be sure that i will reach 300 FSB. But i don't know if OCZ EL Plat 3200 Rev2 will have better timings @ 300Mhz than A-Data's. Please, i need help :(

Ordered 2x512 A-DATA PC4500 DDR566 and sold my BH-5, my 2x512 BH-5 couldn't pass 220 stable no mather what...

Well now there is available a dual channel kit with tccd-chips http://cheeep.de/chips.php?op=modloa...038194.215.0.4!!.Well i will order those and post some results here... :banana:

before vdimm mod, @2.85 v, I can only boot at 285 fsb dual 2,5-3-3-5 but after vdimm mod, @ 3.3 v, I can now boot at 300 fsb dual.

edit: single dimm can boot at 300 fsb @2.85 v

I need vagp mod because nb cannot handle the 300 fsb @1.8 v :stick:

I can't get my DDR566 stable over 250 :/

have you tried with cas2 5-2-2-2 settings how high you can go with that with vdimm 2,85v?
