Finally managed to get the spreaders off...
This is a pair of Kingston HyperX 3200 BH-5 256Mb sticks.
Highest benchable/memtest stable:-
stick one 275 @ 3.5v IC code:- 339WF
stick two 265 @ 3.5v IC code:- 339WF
I also checked on my BH-6 if its any good to ya:-
Mushkin Special 2-2-2, 2 x 512Mb
both do 255 @ 3.4v IC code :- 334WF
Results obtained on DFi NF3 with 3400+ Clawhammer.
yeah, just getting my xms3500c2 rev1.1.
currectly running at 225 @ 2-2-2-11, 2.9v.
havent mod vdimm yet, gotta do it tomorrow.

p/s: i'm currectly using acbel 450w and the vdimm mod on my nf7 is depend on PSU 3.3v rail.
And you ain't able to do the 3.3V mod to your psu?! I increased the line to 3.8V when I was using the nf7-s and got up to 3.6V stable :)Quote:

thats no problem, it should have a brown wire attached to the orange wire on the atx plus, thats the 3.3v sense wire of the psu. theres a mod to make the psu increase the 3.3v rail by cutting the brown sense wire and putting a pot between the two parts.
check the xtreme mods section for the thread about it.
its kinda annoying to find the right value for the pot, above or belo the value and the psu will not start or shut itself down, but once you found the right resistance you can get the 3.3v rail up to 3.8v or higher :)

@ 3.4 vdimm - Mushkin lvl2 black (stepping in my previous post). I have really been trying to get it up to 250mhz, but it is giving me a lot of trouble. I am going to try the uwackme burn in method and see if it gets me anywhere. I have to go to school for now.
