1. Change to 1.213V
2. Fan Speeds 100%
3. Can change Defualt frequency

My friend has just bought Gigabyte 1GB 460 OC. His card has F10 BIOS and Gigabyte's @BIOS programme has unable to load unlocked F3 BIOS. Please unlock his BIOS :(

What is this F3 and F10 bios? What is the difference? How do you know which you currently have?
