Is that 4X512MB at 1T timing? Which BIOS are you using?

Does anyone have a picture of Redline's without a heatspreader? Because when you look at the size of the chip you can see if it's CH-UTT or BH-UTT. A BH-UTT chip a bigger.
Then we known it for sure.

Maybe it's the mobo/CPU that's not allowing them to run 2-2-2 at 250, cuz in pairs they certainly do.

Are you using the 5v line to provide the voltage for your ram. I noticed once I used the "jumper trick" to give the xtra volts with the pot on my PSU rather than the jumpers, my TwinMos CH UTT finally was able to go 2-2-2 (Trcd at 2 instead of 3) at 250 3.3v and do everything my "good BH-5" can do. Wish I could find the thread with the instructions for setting the jumpers.

No, it seems...and I tried both yellow and orange slots with all 4 sticks...(2 at a time, it won't boot with only 1).

BIOS 414-2

Just confirmed its stable 12+ hours at this setting, will see how much more I can get. 3.2v is probably the highest i'm gonna go for daily use though.

No, I am using the default jumper setting, with a 3.40v line on the PSU (OCZ 600w). It delivers a solid 3.22v from the BIOS.

Those are great results man!
The Trcd=3 is probably just something your mem controller needed for such a heavy load... still, you will gain more from the interleaving than you will lose from Trcd=3 i think.

Who's charging £272 ? pc memory upgrade is charging 272 but that is Euro's not £££ !!!! Cost is about £190.

What's wierd is my first time through I was stuck at 235 2-2-2-6 but at one point the rig shut down and wouldn't boot back up (made some wierd scratching noises through the speakers and hard locked). Once I did manage to get it booted, from then on I could not get into Windows with those timings no matter what I tried even with 2 sticks. It took a lot of fiddling but I finally found out it was because I needed 2-3-2-6...i'm not sure what happened but I hope after some use they will give in.

The screen goes black before loading windows at 2-2-2...it won't even try...:(

I'll try it with A64 tweaker but i'm not gonna hold my breath.
