And Dave, I doubt you need 400+CFM over the motherboard. Why not tone it down a bit? A few 40-60 CFM fans should cool just about as well and will be a hell of a lot quieter.
What heatsinks are you using? Stock? Perhaps those Noctua or Thermalright sinks so popular on Harpertown? I don't remember if regular LGA1366 sinks work on server boards.
I have seen the top of the mountain Beavis. And it is good.
