The data I promised:
With the i7 at 4.8ghz with 1.7v at +100c (remember the bad contact today, I only let this run for a second or two, system crashed occt by erroring out rather than letting the temperature run up) and occt (ht+small dataset), I measured 576mV on the IMON pin. I compared that to my calibration data from the other day and actual cpu current was 231A peak. This probably had more to do with the very high temperature than anything else. Power consumption at low temps will be much lower, I'll have more data in a few weeks. This week's testing is all air, next week's is all ln2.

Nice to meet you all. We should have another OC event somewhere in a couple months, after the new year.
I'm bummed that my rig couldn't handle the humidity, even with the jet engine fan on there. On the plus side, at least it came back from the dead once I dried it out (at least it did the first of the two times). I'm going to be much better prepped next time... I only had like 30 minutes to get to know this system beforehand :(. I'll OC my rig some more tomorrow, and post the results in here.
