He has a for sale thread but you have to have over a hundred posts in the forums before you can access that. Send a PM to evil-98 and I'm sure he'll be happy to provide you with the details of how you can buy these from him.
in the FS thread, it shows only the clamp bands... is it "you get what you see" or are there allen-head screws included? I'd hate to pay 6.50 each for a clamp without its fundamental piece.
