At least not in the back... :p:
well pray to the H20 gods that this weekend I can get my loop together, filled and leak testing, if so I will post pics in my stacker thread, then when i get the beast back together I will post a shot of it here.
I finally have all the components. YEAH!:woot: :toast:
I have a Stacker with the rad mouned in the top, works very well and there's alot of room left in the case. Need some work on the cables though. Can post pics later maybe. :)
something else? like what?Quote:

Oh and i'd like to see you fit 2xPSU's, 4xIDE's, 4xSATA's, full pci slots, along with multicard readers, floppys, and 3 bays full of monitoring stuff (gatewatch, and my home made lcd panel with a switch).
I.E. The entire front bay is packed from top to bottom. And the tiny spare space you get between the smaller devices like floppies is crammed with cabling to try hide it.
Please look more closely at the picture before saying things like that, alot of reason's for many things. :)
Plus i like to think i have very minimized tubing / minimized kink's with the current orrientation of things.
Studio pix :p
just to finish it off.

Yeah, looks great JME! What case is that? Some sort of an LL case?
well, got my new intel system (p d 805 ....)
so i thought wtf y not, i also updated my rad from my heater core, from a liquid cooled minibike or something, got it from a friend

how the temps? (cpu voltage is actually 1.45 in bios)
also, since i dont like working with metal too much unless i have the equip (i nolonger do) i was thining about making a fan mount/shroud on the rad out of wood... think it would work well?

is ZEREX UV reactive?? or can it add any addictive to make it UV reactive in Pinkish color?
My system below.
yep, and imabout to ditch the cardboard and ducttape, ima get some thing ply wood (1/8th inch) and jb weld em together, so as to be able to transport it with out havin it fall off :D of course i will use the cardboard cut out to put over the fans, as its nearly perfect because of my 1337 box cutter exacto knife skillzQuote:

lol, septim : 1/4 inch is less flimsy, but if you use the right stuff, the 1/8th inch aint flimsy
lol ehtto fab is exactly what it is, took me a whole 5 mins
im not sure about the UV thing, but i put some dye in afterwards to give it a more greenish look, now its kina like a good green color, i used almsot an entire bottle of taht thermal take stuffQuote:

Watch out for clogging...
Is there much difference in heat output versus air cooling? Currently, i have one 80mm intake fan, 120mm CPU fan (ThermalTake Blue Orb 2), and 120mm exhaust fan. The room this computer is in is 10'x12', and it heats up the room to the point that i am on the verge of sweating. Does watercooling decrease in heat output? My reasoning behind the thought that it would is that with watercooling, you have only 1 120mm (depending. i've always been looking at dual 120mm rads for my WC ideas).
BTW, I figured this would be the best place to ask before making a thread.
Heat outputted by the components doesent change, its just more efficient at dissipating it.
Well, you have to add 1-2 fans's worth of heat (9-15w typically) for the pump.

heh, i don't want to bling bling crap. just wanted a nice and clean setup.
I like the rez kind of hidden. maybe i'll move it down a bit
Comrades, rebel against the bling burguoise! Viva la revolucion! o7
Agree... I try to lay low on the bling. Although I don't know if people consider my rig too bling-y. White cathodes and stock Voodoo bling, but not a whole lot of additional aftermarket bling. ;)
i single backlighting positioned the right way would do wonders for that dark case interior...
Nice lighting. The small tubing makes me cry, but oh well.
Nice. I like how most of the glow is on the tubes and not much else.
Just finished my first watercooling setup a few days ago :)
http://img124.imageshack.us/img124/8100/2ch3.jpg
Well... this was my last 2 liquid cooled systems.
The first one is a Socket 754 A64-3700 with an ATI X850XT-PE
Has a Danger Den TDX block and for the vid card, a Silverprop Fusion HL, with a Black Ice Pro 120.2 on the back of a Nikao Dragonfire case... I am not a big fan of pre-mods, but I kinda like this one and it was given to me free as a review case. The system has been flawless and no matter how hot it got here (around 110* F with about 85-90% humidity), it never went over 42*C

http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c7...dates-2013.jpg
And then there is this one... please ignore the mess... I didn;t build this one for show, it was all for the performance, and also I had no plans on keeping it very long.
It is an Opteron 144 on an ABIT AV8 3rd Eye (with Uguru clock) motherboard, a gig of OCZ and a Hercules Prophet 9800 PRO vid card.
The cooling is an Arctic Web, 437watt/24volt Peltier block powered by a meanwell S600-24, and to cool the fluid it has a Bonneville heater core with 2 x Aerocool 140mm Streamliner fans, and also a Black Ice Pro 120.2 with a pair of Yate-Loon fans on it - the Opty ran, with an overclock of 334FSB @ 1.6 core volts, giving me about 3ghz
it's kind of a mess, but the thing ran, under full load, around -10*, -20* at idle. Here it is...

~NortH~
This seems as good a place as any to make my first post. Here's my watercooled setup, it's an Asetek kit that I got for £29 and added an Antarctica LGA775 waterblock. My system isn't very extreme so this is more than enough for my needs - it's more geared towards being quiet, hence the large lump of iron sitting on foam underneath the pump to decouple it from the case. Fans are Yate Loons @ 7V and the hard discs are suspended in the 5.25" bays, so the whole thing is very quiet. The main drawback is the size of my case (Antec SLK3700AMB) which forces me to have the radiator at the front. It's all a bit messy at the moment, I'll do some cable tidying when I get some quieter fans delivered (next week hopefully) and I still need to get hold of a neater Y-adaptor for the waterblock (the kit didn't come with anything so I had to go to B&Q and grab whatever would work!)
http://www.charlaph.plus.com/rig2.jpg
Welcome to XS, strap in and hold on:D (I KID I KID)
hey, you may not be as insane as the most XS'r but you still did at least a little modding to your case, and its doing what you want right? Meaning it is quieter then it was. That counts for something.
I can see lots of room for improvement... well, there isnt a single thing I wouldnt upgrade, but there you go =p
That is one purdy setup north. Yay for blue.

L30 Pump (1200l/h)
MCW6002 CPU Block
XSPC GPU Block
XSPC Drive Bay Res
1/2 Pipes
(yes i know ive got the wrong cpu block for the setup lol, i brought it before the rest when i was doing some chiller stuff)
Can u give us a non artistic pic...? :p:
what do you mean, wrong cpu block? id say right one considering your pump....
I have changed gpu and added waterblock for chipset after this picture was taken. It is three triple 120-rads in there. Also, I have added a fan in the back of the case that sucks out the air of the case, meaning air coming in through rads.
http://www.loppmarknader.se/blossa/2.jpg
Ohhhh... dual opty... Cool. :) How is that setup in keeping your components cool?
42-43 degress on CPUs and around 45 on the X1900XTX gpu. But when benchmarking I have to add some more fans. I have two fans below the rad in bottom that is running when benching. They also work as a vacuum cleaner. :DQuote:

No such thing as blue UV m8, they are blacklight, and they only come in one 'colour'.
Green 'UV' reactive stuff works well with blue aslong as it aint overdone imo.
i have seen blue cathode lights that illuminate UV reactive stuff like cables etc so i think there must be blacklight and blue UV reactive cold cathodes , forgive my ignorance :D if i am mistaken
currently i have 2 blacklights with green liquid

no, i didnt. i only cuttet some parts out for the 230V pump-cable. theres a blowhole, where i normally had a 120er fan blowing out. now the fan is on the outside of the case sucking air from the inside.Quote:

What type Nb is that? looks ok, I need to find one for my PC-DL (I875 chipset).
it looks alot more restrictive than it need to be.
mcw30 would be your best choise, it has a flat bottom only.
Looks like a standard Unnecessary-Restriction-Issue Alphacool NB.

jesus, how much additive did you put in that loop?
You sure that aint some strawberry sirup? :D
probably 7% of ZEREX only..
it only look so bright & vibrant on the last pic.
maybe cause of flash.
I would get some ramsinks on your card dude.
7%... I use 1 tablespoon...
1 tablespoon of ZEREX with a bottle of battery water??
hmm...isnt tat too little??
label written mix coolant 5% with 95% distill water..
Ramsink.. later on.. SWiftech RAMSINK is overkill.. on d pricey side..
still looking around.. still need to soruce some other stuff as well.
some air filter element for d 3x5'25" bay... some screw for the top grill.
some sound damping for d pump and etc... and Bling Bling maybe..
