Karma, the feature list on that table may be ignored because many of those features are on the 5xx line and therefore their usefullness has yet to be seen...and think how many ppl care about the features of the 7800GTX...not many, hence the lack of interest.

Though I'd recommend PM'ing turtle, a member who'd be delighted to look at the table and has shown his technical expertise and ability to make constructive conclusions more than once :)

Just a question.... will be the lower level ( x1300 right?) better than 6200???? im willing to change my VGA for the next generation games, and i hope the x1300 to be better than my radeon 9550@9600PRO .... any possibility of that happening?

I think its pretty safe to say that the x1300 will be better than the 6200 (unless its modded to a 6600), but really its 7200 vs x1300, and on that we're all in the dark. Either way they'd all probably outperform a 9550

The X1300 will be quite a bit better than the 9600, might even surpass the 9800 with its features, but not in performance:

Needless to say, stay away from the LEs (especially the Hypermemory one) and go for the pro...it should do quite a bit better than the 9600.

the GTX is shorter, its not as long as the mobo.

Its sucks for me cuz my hdd is almost even with the card and the SATA connector touches the card. The x1800 will definatelly be touching the Connector. Whatever will I do?? I need my hdds :)

This card is not as long as the motherboard....it and the GTX are identical lengths, it's a standard length.

Look at the pic. Its 1/2 inch from being the length of the mobo. Its longer then the GTX. But, I guess we could consider this the "standard size" now.

the picture doesn't show the x1800 cooler but rather a nv5 from arctic cooling mounted on the x1800 board I believe.
