OMG !
Shipper ?
Hey Gabe, Pm read.
The reseller is located 40mins from my place but dont do pick up so my only option was shipping.
Item cost me $100 AUST $$
+ $15 shipping....
+$10 extra for insurance.
So a total of $25 for shipping a Wb seemed a bit to much.
So i didnt get insurance and was told to bad its not out problem u should have had insurance.
So am out $100....
So maybe i can buy the mounting system?
Thanks for ur time
I bought the XT from PCCG.
I already tried to deal with em and was told they dont deal with spare parts or do the wholesaler.
They told me to contact Swifttech direct, which i have.
Honestly shipping doesnt bother me.
Thanks
Jesus pccg are real DH's when it comes to returns and rma's they full on refused my friends 280 because they said he changed the thermal paste on it when it had not been changed at all and even so it was an XFX XXX so it is allowed under there warranty but pccg refused to cover it and sent it back saying they were out $2 for registered post and ended up losing the card in the post
On the block though mine is still going strong but if anyone Gabe maybe? can tell me how the heck i am going to remove this backplate when i sell the board?
Also i mounted it upside down... swiftech logo is pointing to the floor but the three screws are still in line with socket lever will it have any effect on performance?
Gabe  this is the #1 reason you have a new customer , nuthing better than a supplier taken are if bizzness
Received my block this evening.

Oh and another thing, why would two of my screws look like this and two look normal?
Clean versions look like this:

and the two dirty ones:

E-parcel and Aust post are useless.
Damm! thats a shame to hear about PCCG sucky attitude.
Besides Gam there really isn't much competition in wc in OZ.
I stopped by my local microcenter and did a little shopping. I paired my XT with an mcp355 and mcr480 (all parts listed in sig) and I must say i am extremely happy with swiftech. I7 920 D0 @ 4.1ghz - 4.2ghz and i've yet to break 65c under prime95 for 8 hours.
Keep up the awesome work Gabe :D
Sorry to sidetrack but...
I got another MCRES-MICRO REV2 for a build I am doing now and it appears that I cannot screw in any of my BP barbs into the inlet port...the thread is definitely messed up as it is angled and when one side of the barb and o-ring compresses the other still has about 1/3mm clearance. I looked closely and noticed that when the res was assembled the front wall (inlet and outlet wall) was glued sideways, and is inset on one side about 1/3mm more than on the other side (the wall is diagonal instead of perpendicular).
:shakes:
Funny thing is, I can still sort of fit a Swiftech fitting, but BP there is no way in hell to fit it. All other ports are good. Not sure what to do now...
Cursed Satan!!! Nice freakin shippers you have there. Reminds me of the UPS special retards we have here in Canada that I avoid like the plague. Nothing like getting a motherboard shipped to you and you witness the guy kick it out the back of the truck and also drop it in front of you. When you get packages like that just refuse it and they will send it back and make sure to mark it on the slip as 'Damaged'. Never accept a package like that. I refused the motherboard (not insured either) because the box looked a lot like yours and it had a lot of rattling parts loose in there and the box was even split on the side with a sata cable hanging out. The retailer sent me a new one right away....This time with a different shipper at my request.
Just received one of these lovely blocks today. Looks like I got a very good sample. I think I saw a whopping two pins noticeably out of place, and even they were so hard to photograph I can't tell which ones specifically.

Here's the high res version if you want to try and find them.

I got mine from nickelplating today

Wondering what your ambient temps were at? Vcore? Try running linx and then let's see some temps. I got mine missing a screw so I went with another block instead. But will be building a htpc on an amd platform but my mounting kit is for 1366. Do they have an am3 mounting kit anyone?
I just saw your post on [H] and responded. I couldn't believe it either! There's going to be some serious feather roughing on Monday. Too bad I didn't see it (the post) earlier, I would have sent you that missing screw right away. I am really sorry about this.
The am2/am3 kit is available in stock. I will update our site next week (its not on it yet).
