nickel plexi ftw
Shots without UV light looks better for me :) What Tamron you used for shots, was it 17-50 2.8? When new blocks will arrive?
P.S. Please check you PM box :D
I agree with you- white is better than UV and plexi blocks is great. Good luck ;)
I used two lens:
Nikkor 18-105 and Tamron 90/F2.8
Sooo... white cathods and plexi-nickel ram block - final set :)

This backlight is very good. beautiful set, I'm wait to Crossfire 5870 with water blocks :)
P.S. Photos are ideal
i love it ! this ram block's just great!!
thanks, i like it very much too ;)
That red 5870 is an eyesore screaming for a FC waterblock.
Phil
EK Waterblocks for 5870 is on way ;)
Malik, you continue to impress me my friend.
The ram block is a very nice addition, it definitely brightens up the build.
Can't wait to see the gpu block added, should flirt with perfection.
Was sorry to hear of your country's recent tragedy, hope all ends well.
That is very sad day in my country.
that's just OUTSTANDING Dr. Malik! :)
Liderc it's very pleasant to hear that there are people who sympathize with us in this very difficult situation - which makes us sick on heart, thank you :)
I saw it on the news too I hope Poland will recover soon
Malik ... very nice to see your updates... where did you get the Ram cooler? Can you tell me that?
That is very Malik. I can't wait to see when it's crossfire.
P.S. I wish Poland will recover soon.
First block will be in 10 days :/
Very nice work Malik... I've read all the 61 pages of your worklog...
Impressive, keep up... :)
Hi Malik
very very nice project !!!
you use 3/8 5/8 tygon tubing ???
I'm using this tubes: LINK
Still waiting for ek blocks - 5870 :(
For now i will make lc with only one 5870 and 9800gt.
thanks
I'm looking forward to see your crossfire
Simply beautiful.
When I finally get around to posting my atc 840, although you have inspired my build, It won't have the same level of elegance that yours has. It almost makes me wish I bought a silver one, instead of my black.
I hope that someone at coolermaster sees your build, and then realizes they should start manufacturing their stealth cdrw plates again. Btw if anyone is interested you can occasionally find the silver stealth plates on ebay and a few retailers, the black ones however are MIA.
Until then, I'll just have to hack up a lian-li plate.
How do you like your aquero as opposed to the innovatek unit that you had?
Are there any real improvements?
Thanks for the eye candy.
Aquaero is much better then innovatek. More functions, easy to use :)
I was thinking guys about changing 5870 to GTX480 ( in future CF/SLI ) ... yesterday i have it brainstorm about this :)
But i decide stay with 5870... why ? In Poland prices of this card are sick. The best value: performance/price have 5870 ... for example:
Asus 5870 - 503 USD, Asus GTX 480 -694 USD ... waterblock from EK for this two card - the same price 138 USD.
Soo i think that ATI wins.
good choice man
the 480 are more powerfull for sure, but dude the power cosumption is simply indecent!!!
5870 CF will look just perfect for some FPS deifference you won't even notice! ;)
I feel that is good choice ;)
tomorrow... mounting ek WB for 5870 ;)
Malik: don't forget drain pump video then .. or at least pics with drain steps and step descriptions :)
nice Malik ;) awesome shots as allways. I ordered the same for an 5850 too ;)
Want to see that block installed in your loop :D
lol ATI waterooling blocks with back plate looks better than nvidia

WOW, looks fantastic!!
Wow Malik it's amazing. Very good job, congratulation
did you use new fluid? looks different to the other Blue?! fantastic work!
Just love the color of that blue , the photos are original no Photoshop?
Im thinking of changing of white tubing to clear tubing , thanks to you Malik;D
Great video it´s very good !
ah after watching the video it seems that you use the same fluid^^... great idea with the draining method. But one question.
Why did the water don't came out when you open the loop on the highest place. Did you hold the ends higher then the rest while disassemble it?
hope you can understand me^^
Good job! Your rig is amazing. I'm thinking about your fluid. It isn't Feser, isn't it? Is this Mayhems Dye Blue?
This is F1 blue uv ;)
Malik: Great drain idea && great vid. It's win win win no matter how you look at it. Fast, simple draining, more simple tubing to not implement overcomplified draining extras and cheaper because of that, +more flexibility in component placement. Hats off.
Malik! Dentist, that's an awesome video!!! Thankyou!
You can do the same without the pump... just suck on one end of the tube and it should come out pretty easy. Can't wait to see the YouTube vid.
nice video. Loved it especially when you blow the liquid out. Practical.
How often do you keep on pumping the liquid out every month? It seems to me that the reason you loop is without a clot is due to draining liquid and putting back in every now and then.
GPU, VRM and CPU temp please?
It is amazing you're cooling so many components with only a 120.3 rad.
Yuck!!! You blow the tube? Did you drunk any coolant in the process? lol
Phil
Hi Malik i,ve been following this thread for a while now your work is awsome and has inspired me to build a new rig. My most favorite setup you did was the bloody red. Through this thredad i have been able to track down Barus who i have asked to make me a waterblock and qpi.Just like to thank you. Nice one mate.
You have a great looking system. :yepp: Very clean and tidy. Love the icy blue coolant, goes very well with the overall colour scheme.
Great video too. Such a simple and easy method for draining. Awesome mate. :)
In my opinion, it's the best revision of Your project :)
Congratulations :)
I use this pump since 2 years ... belive me this is great and fast system :)
Some new shots ... i will change something soon ;)

Which pump are u using ?
What about flow ? l/h ?
Do u still have aquaero ?
thanks !
great work btw
What liquid do you use?
Your tube bends are 2nd to none, niesamowita praca mój przyjaciel.
what about tube bends ? I don't understand ;)
Some little changes on way...
http://www.abload.de/img/dscf1676jz1s.jpg
Lol, I tried some polish, just said they looked great.
Here you have temps after 8h
http://www.abload.de/thumb/beztytuukrdz.png
I have two rads ;) Not one. On top is f1 xchanger 360, on front f1 xchanger 240.
On stress temps are little higher.
I think maybe in q4 of this year... now i don't have time for this. A lot of work in clinic.
Hi Malik
Can you tell me what size compression fittings e.g 1/2"ID (5/8" OD) , 3/8"ID (1/2" OD) ,3/8" (5/8") or 7/16" ID (5/8" OD) and the size of tubing 7/16" ID (5/8" OD , 3/8" ID (5/8" OD) ,3/8" ID (1/2" OD or 1/4" ID (3/8" OD) for the barus qpi block in your bloody red project. What would would be the biggest com fittings and tubing would fit?
:D We have the same mousepad!
Right thanks for the info.I've seen Screamer's build very similar to yours a great looking rig. Also from Poland is he friend or relation?
Soon, when i finish cables, i will make a movie ;)
For now .. trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_wQz3I76l8
i rofl at the sound of the trailer :D
hahah i know it ;) Asian Dub Foundation rulez ;)
Malik, what is that background music, sounds nice? The trailer is better than a lot of movie trailers... Viewer knows that will be something great when Malik is directing it.
Here you have this song: LINK
Hi Malik, what blue fans are those ? They look really neat.
You have all info in this topic. I mentioned this about 10 times, what kind of fans i have. :shakes:
Little change in ram block - nb connection. Earlier bend was "crashed" :(
So now it's looks like that:

Hello Malik, what for srews do you use to mount the ek supreme at the Mainboard? Because the screws which are included in the the supreme are silver and such big mountin kits..
This are m4 screws.
normal M4 screws with a length of 16mm? or how long are your ones?
LINK
Good idea
Yeap, this are 16mm screws.
thats cool. SO you use 8 M4 16 length... cool, so i save the 10 euros for a Black mounting kit ... blackplate i have one to fit^^it is black too
Malik, this will be your next upgrade? :D

I don't see how such red mobo will fit with blue theme .. and imho yet another red&black build is not worth Malik's skills to be wasted on :)
I wonder if someone will explore some less used colors . eg. after seeing orange crush mod (TJ07) i was very impressed. Pitty though that it's hard to find matching pc components that would fit in such themes.
Two years ago ... i was made orange project too ;)
http://lh5.ggpht.com/_ewMJ_gKYs2k/SM...0/DSCF0776.jpg
Do a blue and gold build!
Haha, when I scroll past that motherboard ^^ the PCI Ex slots look like they're not moving.
