Hi mates ! Which BIOS would you NOW prefer for RIIE ?? Now I am on 1639 but have a problem to pass 207x21 (on my i920 D0) . 207BCLK is rock stable but when I rise to 208-210 system is unstable and hangs. (no blue screen) I need to reset manually... Any ideas ? Try the newest Bios ?
Here is my bios template settings:

my 920
man clockin good hypers is:up:
i have 2 sets of hyperx with hypers and they not even close to these ocz reapers with hypers
on another note i took off nb heatsink and put on an enzotech sb copper heatsink with mini fan and my nb temps dropped by 10-13c glad to see it @ 37c now
And u're running stable @ 205mhz fsb with 10x multi...?
Reverted my question...
@ SwIe
bclk is not dependent on bios but your board and chipset.
Nice, SPI32M stable?
Droop is worse on software than reality.
I measure Vtt at the CPU socket, and got 1.21v idle / 1.19v load. Vdimm there was no droop at all under load and voltage was almost exactly what was set in BIOS. Short answer, the software is wrong.
See below:
never ran SPI32M
but i did 2 full passes of memtest
had em 24/7 cas6 1720mhz i'm sure they got alot more to give
they restin now:D usin the trident 2k bbse set
once the supercomputer thing is over i'll be able to push
i got my loop in :D finally lol
doin wgc @ 4.2 most i hit is 62c ambient 23c
What ICH / IOH voltages do u need to get 210x21 = 4.4GHz ?? Do u increase PCI-e frequency ?
ICH stock, IOH 1.15 BIOS set should be fine.
bios 1903

Didn't tried yet!
Running at 1903 by air cooling
Attachment 103720
Attachment 103721
just updated to bios 1903 to and itīs strong bios.... booting in to win 7 with 205 bclk on my extreme 975 easy...
pci-e at 115mhz :D tested just 219 bclk to np there. :)
Not sure about BIOS 1903, it's not even on Asus' ftp yet.
Not sure mate, I'm on 1802 with no benefits over 1504. Once 1903 is on their ftp or main site I'll give it a go but not sure what gains to expect unless they made the changes I requested which I doubt.
Anyone know what PCI-E is max safe for 24/7 ?
Partly off as board is a GENE, but any idea what to do when:
- flashed a pcie card - HD5770, it resulted in card's death, no signal after reboot
- put in an old pci card to reflash the HD5770, but whenever both cards are in, the system always tries to use the pci-e, looking for signal, which it does not find ofc and the system won't boot. Pci only is OK. Tried various settings in the BIOS wihch may help, but no luck. I see no option in bios where I could set anything regarding init. display for example. Do you, Rampage owners, have anything?
Thanks!
Does anybody have one usb header (on the mb) not working? I was wondering if it is a bios issue or hardware defect considering it was all working till now.
Is there a trick to getting the ide controller working on this mobo? I plugged a drive that I wanted to pull data from and move it over to my sata drive. I didn't see anything in the bios about enabling the ide controller. I only saw settings for the sata. Is it hidden at the bottom of one of the screens or is there a jumper on the mobo? The drive works in another system. I plug into this sytem and it is not even detected in the bios.
