Yah, I was going to order more and stick everywhere but things started to add up in my cart so i decided to hold off on the fans lol.

All stock! The big hunk of cardboard in the middle is an air duct from the intake fan over the passively cooled chipset. That thing got burning hot under load. Piece of cardboard over the video card is a cold air intake :p:
Cable management isn't to horrid for a P180, wish I could do something about the ATX cable though. About the motherboard, it is ECS, I didn't pay for it, I got it for free. Works for me and hasn't given me a problem.
Wow hahahhaha
Re-defining GHETTO MOD !
I did worse than that in the past, wish I had pics :D
Well if cardboard works, then why not. I'd get one of those fan kit things that mount to the PCI slots and let you put a fan wherever you want.

That would involve money, I am much to cheap for a $4.99 bracket and a $2.99 fan:p:
And you're housing it in a P180? Did you get that for free too? :p:
Fair enough.
more ghetto mods :)

Is that a shroud off a ATI card and a Intel OEM cooler? Pretty slick
BossBorot, is that thing cooling ram? if it is, you should buy ocz xtc ram cooler..
Over priced, ugly, and loud. I regret purchasing one  It now sits in a box somewhere. After a few weeks one fan started scratching the casing or something and made a rather annoying noise. The fans didn't push much air either and weren't exactly silent. A yate @ 5v ghetto mounted is cheaper and more effective.
what about corsair ram cooler? and ocz ram cooler is not over priced, 15€ in finland.
I'm not using mine either. I like my 92MM UV green fan better :)
I had OCZ XTX Cooler and I was suprised from the noise of two 60mm fans...It had 3700rpm,official specification is 3000rpm...it is very loud cooler:(
I didnt have to do anything to get it to stay. It is held perfectly in place as if it was made to do this.
If you look at the 4870 cooler, which this came from, it gets smaller at the end and just so happens to change size just as it hits the northbridge. It also hits the 24 pin power connector on the other side. These two connection points keep it firmly in place. I can shake my computer and even turn it upside down and it stays in place.
Edit: after looking at it more it also hits one of the bolts on my bolt through kit and one of the push pins on the northbridge to help keep it in place. Also it cant sit any lower then it is in the pic due to the height of the ram itself, which hits the top of the cooler.
here is another pic. It sits low enough to minimize airflow loss due to air escaping from the sides.

It keeps my naked ballistix nice and cold at 2.3 volts
and a pic of the computer zoomed out

Actually, since my machine is on top of the desk I am very "sensible" to the sound, and bought the OCZ afraid of the noise it would make as I had already heard a lot about it and found it not noisy at all, its inside my closed P182 so maybe the noise is dampened, but cant say I find it noisy at all and I am real "picky" as to what "noise" is.
Behave!
I was thinking to buy xtc ram cooler, but if it that noisy, I dont buy it.. I need some quiet ram cooler for my fb-dimms, cuz those run very HOT.
Just set them to 5 volts like I did
is there any aftermarket cooler for 7950gx2? runs pretty hot :/
