Just a test shot with the Zuiko 21mm f/3.5. Does pretty nicely at MFD for not having floating elements to correct aberrations.

Very nice pictures everyone! Sweet scrapbooking Lestat Wife, looks great =)
an OM Lens? (unless thats a canon mount version)
i was looking at some OM lenses but had read differing opinions on whether it would work properly on a crop camera with regards to the mirror getting in the way, i thought for sure the 5D would not work because of the mirror.

Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XTi
f/5.6
1/60s
iso-400
255mm
Rule of thumb: try to focus on eyes.
Canon 5DMK2 has quite large distance between sensor/mirror and mount.. it has probably largest number of older lens that can be mounted. Quite advantage against for example Sony A850/900.

Took look at my old pics (I have huge amount of unprocessed files) .. played with that a bit and this is result.
Few thoughts.. 1) Panasonic G1 was in fact pretty good camera and I was spoiled.. 2) newer firmware killed it a bit 3) LR 3.0 is really good..
Its not perfect pic due me not having tripod and some lens distortion remained uncorrected.. but if you could see that original 12mpix picture.. it has crazy amount of details. :)
Yea and last thought.. I hate color profiles. :D (does it look oversaturated or wrongly saturated? thx for response.. it should look correct in FireFox with color profiles enabled)
Heavy post-processing here of course, but somehow I really like this one. :)
very nice stuff guys
Mescalamba, it looks like it was on fire (all burnt and black), i like it.
maybe because of the lightroom treatment it looks under exposed but i really like it.
here is more of the wife's scrapbooking.
