charlie and JNav89GT, what are the final tweaked bios settings youre at now for cas2 and cas1.5? Just looking to start at the baselines you both posted and go upwards with a goal in mind. :toast:
Thanks,

well I thought I posted my x64 tweaker screenie earlier, tbh I get so damm confused with all the bios timings in the dfi I can't be 100% sure of them all in order w/out looking at the screen. I'm at work now and tonight I will be WAY too busy working on basement to have time to check. But I can tell you I basically had everything tweaked down to most aggressive settings I believe except the tref I ran at auto.
I spoke to Christie she said it may not be compatible with my mobo which is weird because I'm running a DFI NF4 SLI-DR which is what Mushkin tests them on. She said they are going to test my modules and if they test good I'll get a refund, if they test bad they'll send me a new set. We'll see what happens.Quote:

Forgot to add the timmings are tight !Quote:

using official bios 3-10Quote:

Someone post a screenshot what i need to use for settings.
I'm using bios 414-3
using drive strenght of 7 and data drive strenght of 1
on 310 I was using 8-6 I think or was it 8-4, maxes of both whatever they were.
Yea, use the 414-3 unreal, optimized for UTT.
Well its working out
I put it on CAS 1.5 and set most timmings to auto
The key was to bump up the voltage to 3.6 on the vdimm
I am at 3300mhz FX55 13x255 and just pulled a 26sec Super PI.
Still testing :)
UTT it is ...Quote:

I agree, I wouldn't say 270 is easy, takes the right kit and bios timings for these picky dimms to fly, but once they do watch out. Mega fun to play with :)
btw playful buffalo that chick in avatar is HOT HOT HOT

I switched over to the 4-13 bios for UTT seems to work ok cant really tell. But my question is , what is the max you can safely give voltage to the ram
right now im at 3.63 and it seems cool to the touch because of my 92mm fan directly over them?

I think you could squeeze more out of your ram unreal with better timings, you said you were running a lot of auto's right?
Yeah i am mostly running auto and i am at 13x254Quote:

I think i might run into issues at 12x 277 FSB but we will see. I dont think this ram likes anything higher then 270 no matter what multi .
3.8vdimm
13x 260fsb
25 sec super pi
3370mhz FX55
Everything is snappy ! due to the low latencys, However i need to unlock more ram bandwidth but i dont know which setting to work with first. Here is tweaker at 260FSB 13x

what setting do i need to relax to get me up to the 280FSB range ??????????
cant seem to pass 260FSB at 12x or 13 x multi.
I am at 260FSB 13x multi
3.8 VDIMM
3370mhz FX55
I got a 25SEC super pi and is stable for benching.
I know this ram has more potential , this is what athlon tweaker gave me at 260FSB 13x

Here's what I used for my DFI NF3 with 2x512MB BH6.
A few things you'll need to change with UTT and an NF4:
TRC & TRFC = 7 & 14 maybe?
TRTW = 1
CAS: 1.5 maybe
These should net you the most bandwidth and stability, if you get instability put the TRTW back to 2 and maybe CAS back to 2.
In terms of drive strength use whatever JNav said above.

You could drop Trc to 11, CAS to 2, Twr to 3 and see if that helps.Quote:
