Although, I would fade the music out for a bit while guys are talking and especially at the end when OPP and Macci exchange some comments and then fade it in after ;)

Also, you're not going to hear most of the speech well regardless, without a boom mike the camera uses it's own omnidirectional mike (and I'm not even going to get into how terrible the audio is with that). Suffice it to say you're lucky to get ANY speech . . .

Actually that clip doesn't make much since without some background.
Everyone was having problems booting OCZ VX and similar memories at 200MHz (i.e. 3200). OPP was telling Macci that when he put in his BH-5, the system booted up no problems.
Expect a credits section at the end of the final video. Also, if any of the clips don't make sense, feel free to ask. They're taken out of context and used for aesthetic, not narrative, purposes. :up:

LOL, I was really j/k, the DivX version doesn't suffer noticably from compression, there's no point in hosting the original.
The intro is a bit long at 45 seconds. maybe cut it down to 10~15 seconds?
I can shorten it, but it needs to stay in sync with the music beats. Also, I have lots of footage left, 45sec intro is short for a ~25-30min video ;)
Grr is there any way to play AVIs on a mac? My computer is toast :stick:
Hmm, I'll do some .mov outputs later if you like - I don't know Mac software well but I'd bet there's an AVI player for OSX somewhere . . .
Anywho, I fixed the link to my 300K streaming WMV version of part1. Work on part 2 to commence tonight/tomorrow! ;)

OK gang, I had a 16-17 minute continuous take of ATI's interviews of the gang (OPP, PC ICE, FUGGER, Chilly1, Macci) which I decided to output separately of the multipart video. Hence, I intend to have:
Main vid, part1
Main vid, part2
Main vid, part3
Main vid combined
Interview vid
The interviews are done with very minimal editing, I was hoping we'd get ATI's footage of the event since the reporters there had broadcast equipment, boom mikes etc. The audio is spotty, but there's nothing that can be done about it, you CANNOT get good audio from the standard omnidirectional mike on any videocamera, you really need a boom mike - so, you'll hear a lot of background noise, chatter etc. Deal with it, it can't be helped.
Part2 is almost done, waiting on the DivX encoding of the interviews right now. Mi amigos with hosting space, I need you! :D

Forgive the lower quality, I had to two-pass encode at 750kbps to get it to fit under 100MB (the limit of my webspace!). If I can get access to someone's FTP at some point and peeps want it, I can make a higher quality version.
As soon as this sucker is hosted elsewhere and my webspace is clear, more will be uploaded! :up:
I got my own webserver mate.. I can happily give ya a free account just for these movies :D
How much space do you think you shall need?
