The last time I was in a ring was close to 40 years ago and the last time I lifted a hand against anyone was maybe 3 years ago..

This maybe an extremely retarded question, but the party is only open to people in the media and vendors, right? like how CES is?

just wondering, because i had no idea i was going to be in Vegas on the 8th, but it would be really cool for me to meet legends myths and put faces to names and meet a few folks.

anyway, sorry for the stupid question again.

awesome! so do i buy tickets to the event or do i just show up (besides RSVP'ing). i seriously thought for a sec $100 was a bit steep but might fit into my budget lol.

unfortunately, my plane levels sacramento 7:00PM Jan 8th, so ill be unfashionably late if i do attend.

CES is a HUGE vendor/supplier trade show. The XS party is sponsored by Fugger, a overclocking legend. He just happens to live in Vegas. Many indusstry bloggers, web owners, manufacturers interested in this stuff will be at CES and the XS event. CES is over on the 8th, so don't worry about that. XS event is free.

You just need to get off the plane and have your taxi take you to the party right away. There will be many overclockers and industry people coming and going all day/night. If you go to your hotel, get your room etc, that won't be till after 10PM, and you still have a 15 minute taxi ride. It's over at midnight........

Straight to the XS event if you want to see folks is your best bet.
