I would always go for Super Talent  This is the same heat spreader as Project X 2200 CL8, I wonder if there is any difference under the hood
Their 2GB WX200UB2G7 Project X 2000 7-7-7-21 1.65V looks awesome too me for OC

I was just looking at those Super Talent myself, im debating on trying those out or just going for the new Corsair 2250 cas 8 GTX stuff, as my current 2000 cas 8 Dominator GT's wont do over 1720 ish stable at cas 6 no matter the voltage i throw at them
Dragon
Well the Corsairs are $150 more, not sure there worth it, i would try the Supertalents, good bang for the buck:D
my attempt on crucial value ddr3 1333 cas 9, volt is a 'lil bit high imo but not bad consider d price, ~$99 for a pair... :)

1700 done w/ rather high volt... :shakes:

Is this the same memory I'm running ah_khoo?

I'm just curious, because you say your running High Voltage while it looks like its set @ 1.25v, and my subtimings are a little better than yours...
BTW: I've gotten mine stable @ 1600 7-7-7-18-24 @ 1.70v.
I'm probably missing something here as far as kits go, but Crucial always seems to offer some nice bargain ram...
Dave, the 1.28v is the HT and 1.86v is DDR. :p:
I see it now man... Yeah, 1.86v seems pretty high. ;)
I bought mine as a kit, but it looks like the same gear. 1333 CL9 @ 1.5v stock...
Mine is running @ 800 7-7-7-18-24 with 1.70v.
Maybe we can both take a little knowledge away from this.
I may be able to crank the frequency (with volts) and you may be able to tighten sub timings... :yepp:
All in all it's still nice stuff for the price!
sure, but i know very 'lil in ram timing, especially those alphatiming which make me ...
the thing i noticed bout these sticks is they're quite voltage hunger @ high freq (not so high if compared to performance ram), for a mere 10+Mhz increase, i need to bump vdimm a notch. i will stop @ 1.9v and see how high can it fetch. :)
voltage & mileage wise could be down to how well is d imc of chip i think. d b50 i'm usin now is kinda weak in imc & overclockability, i can't get 3.6GHz prime stable unless i pump > 1.4v. NB Frequency too max out @ 2400MHz w/ 1.3xV... :(
ur runnin on c3 chip which have superior imc, i'm sure u'll do alot better...
yup, gotta agree d item is good for its price... ;)
I think that was like 1.72-1.76 on asus.
I still stand by my CSX Diablo D9GTR @ 6-6-6-18-12-90ns @ 1600mhz :D

I bet you have to pump at least 2.2V into them for that, no?
If I recall, they did fine @ 2.1v but I have them @ 2.2v for more overhead under load conditions etc... :yepp:
I bow in the presence of the mighty one for I'm just a measely gamer.... :worship:
At USD$150 a pop, they are hella cheap compared to what I get back home plus CSX dont exist here.... :yepp: :D
cas 5 stuff is $134 for 3x1g. 2 sets bin for best 4, sell off a set. About same price, less volts, less heat, win win.
Kingston is preety widely avalable in singapore isn't it? Not really sure but when in taiwan i saw quite a bit of it.
Out of curisonity where in the heck did you find diablo GTR 2x2g for $150 a pop in USA?
Ahh, this was sometime back though. Yes Kingston is widely available here. I got mine from Tankguys. I had the concierge of my forwarder order it for me as they refused to accept international cards. I was inspired by your gospel that AMD needs a minimum of cas6 @ 1600 to reap the benefits.... :D
heh well cas 6 still better than cas 5, after about 3600/2600 cas 5 scaling dies :( Need more speed at that point, 1600 isn't enough
Yep I just went searching again and tank guys has them listed but no stock for $149. :(
I just want another set to add to my rather large collection, 2x2g gtr is missing.
I'm sure they will have them restocked....
hey guys are these sticks good.
its the only dominator gt's i can find currently.
