Well, ive got a MCW30 on the northbridge, so no need for a fan there, as a result ive put Swiftech BGA sinks on the PWM's with an 80mm fan over them. I know this isnt ideal (infact, i got better PWM temps with a similar setup with yours) but im reluctant to chop up the stock heatsink and use it for the PWM's due to resale value + invalidating warranty.
Temps as its setup now are around 75-80 degrees with 1.4v vcore 3.52ghz (24/7 clock speed) which is really quite high, considering my chip will do 4ghz, but temps go through the roof then obviously due to additional voltages.
Its obvious the Swiftech sinks ive got on the PWM's arent up to the task, but ive had no bright ideas of what to replace them with.
It looks like the DFI will solve this, as well as a few other niggles i have with the IN9 (although obviously im waiting for a few more results once its out in the wild)
