I'm guessing jet-engine turbine powered fan. :D

I'll give them some shots and I'll upload....;)
Ha, ha.....Thanks but these circuits are plain simple....I just didn't have much time on me to design something "cool" so I'll use them.... :(
With two - thermally controled - DELTA 12 x 12cm fans....AND the box's design for the best airflow through heatsink..... ;)
When it's fully done you'll understand what I mean.... ;)
hipro, that is absolutely nuts and I'm glad to see it coming together. Can't wait to see what sort of damage you'll do with this much tunable power at your hands.
I see many mosfets and coils screaming in agony and releasing brilliant light shows in the future.
Awesome :D
Totally Outstanding, a credit to the PC modding and overclocking community.
You have my respect dude.
Dave
I wish I had one of these!!!
Go to Newegg.
Click on Power Supplies.
Click on Power Search on the left hand side.
Sort by PSU's at 900w or higher.
They range anywhere from 76A to 100A for the different 1000w versions listed.
(Or just click HERE)
Hey there Hipro good to see you back in the xtremo scene, very nice work you've done as usual:rolleyes:
Say that again.... :D
In the past I had design a protection pcb (board) for my RF Amplifiers (that I'm selling)...It was with 25 protection circuits....Amps/OVP/SWR/Overpower output/3xTemp, etc., and one simple circuit with reles (like the above one) for the "simpler" RF Amplifiers that I sell (cheeper)....
Well the simple circuit with the reles from 1989 up to now, never abounded me.....As for the 25 super protection circuit - I have seen a 2000W FM RF Amplifier NOT starting up due to a bad 1uf capacitor.....My client couldn't do it's job with a 7000 Euro RF machine due to a capacitor that costs 0.xx Euros....:D Isn't that bad?.....:(
 1000W/12V=83.33333A
Yes correct....and these are for 24/7 at full load......PEAK (as ALL PSU sellers say, coz they write down their PEAK power and not their REAL 24/7) will be ~3850Watts ONLY for those 12Volts outputs..... :p:
P.S. I want to add here: When you see a - let's say 1000W PSU - for the computer, better do the math with a 80% for 24/7 to be sure....It's a "fashion"/"trick" nowadays, for the manufuctures to write down their PEAK Wattage....Do the math and ADD all watts (amps) that are writen down to a PSU you buy and you'll see that it's WAY higher than what is real.... :D
They're getting to be as bad as a lot of audio equipment.... 1000w peak, 350w RMS at best...
thank so much
Are you trying to suggest that Hipro could use a normal kilowatt PSU??
Dude, this guy used a PSU to power the PC, another one to power the graphics cards and ANOTHER one to power all the fans (mostly Deltas). The PC and GFX PSUs were well over 500W, i think about 750W or so... And he is tired of using 3 PSUs so that's why he is building this monster
wow congrat on the work .... officialy a work of art...
Can't wait to see the finished product. Any updates?
Omg! Subscribed
Where did you find that label from? Is he finally getting into production cause I thought he said something about doing it like he did the Maximizer.
On the Greek forum.. :D
Neeeeeed mooooooore info!
Keep the pics and info coming - this thread should be at the top of the page every time someone looks.
sweet stuff
