Nugz, you could always sell those modules second hand... Im sure someone in a country where they are not sold would love those.

Anyway, I am 99% sure it's not your memory, its the board.

Update:

IC7 rocks, but will not post my 6800GT :(
i dont know how much more than 250 i can go cause my 3.2e in this comp about maxes out around 250 on this pelti setup and the volts and vtt is set to 3.4v and 1.7vtt so if i try to adjust it, i have to adjust both (pain in the but).

250 2-2-2-8 @ 3.4v
guess i'm happy now :toast:

My VX isnt scaling worth a damn
259 at 3.2
261 at 3.3 2-2-2-6
cant even get 264 at 3.5volts
PSU is backordered :(
Might just post official results with the one im using now, even though the rails are BAD

261MHz is an accomplishment, especially with only 3.3VDIMM. ;)

VX has a tendency to raise people's expectations. With high hopes often comes big disappointments. I get my fair share of PMs regarding VX modules all of the time. ;)

I was playing around with 10x271MHz and 9x277MHz before my DFI board died. I pulled a trifecta for the 6600 Non-GT on my first day with the board, but someone took me out in 03 and 05 two days ago.

My new board was shipped earlier today, so I'll be in the playing field again shortly. chilly1 is almost done with my coolers, my wife promised me an FX-55 next month, and I'm buying an X850 XT. Man. It's gonna be good times with my new system and a twelve pack of Heineken. :D

262 gives me 4 errors per pass in memtest #5 at 3.3 volts
Weirdly enough though, it doesnt matter how tight I make all the timings at 3.3 it wont give me any errors, and if i loosen some of the timings at 3.4 it wont give me any extra

I also get errors at 261 at 3.4volts which is really weird
I've got 2 fans blowing directly onto the ram

Actually is a second hand memory, i don't know if it was burned or not, but is the first time i try with more than 3.05v... :D Previous owner, Situman (great guy :D) did 200 @ 2-2-2 with 3.2v or something like that in P4. I'm really amazed with this memory!!

I thought about buying some TCCD to check the difference and sell the "worst", but looking at this module, i think i'll earn to buy a PS... :D

i've got a booster, but i really don't want to raise a lot the vdimm, because i think it can be dangerous without a proper cooling...

BTW, i've broken my personal bandwidth record with more than 4000 (i dunno how much exactly). If i achieve a better cooling solution, i would raise more the vdimm, because i'm expectant too :D

At the beginning, i was thinking about buying a gig of these mem, i told donmoco to share shipping from germany, but i found these ones at better price... :D

Wish you luck with your modules, hope you'll have them for next monday or so.
