No ram sinks, no nothing on the ram, just figured it wouldnt help it... I could be wrong though, but at 605 I have yet to see an artifact..
I got my ram to 610 and vpu 450. no artifactsin 3Dmark01
I have a Sapphire RADEON X800 XL.
Congrats to Eradicator :toast: 'Twas only a matter of time before someone hooked it up to decent cooling...
I think you might be in trouble though after this weekend...
Charlie will be forced to get off his butt and do some DI runs! :hehe:
Hi guys
It seems that the 2.0 ns ram have a max.@ 2.08-2.12V. I have 1.6ns(samsung on club 3d x800xl vivo) ram can I still go with it to 2.08-2.12V. ? or is it too high?
my Vmod´s
vgpu @ 1,54V, vdd @ 1,963V, vddq @ 1,936--> card ia running @491 MHz / 596 MHz but I can´t get over 600 :( and I´m not sure if I can use 2Volt on vdd.

WOW so even with that much volts you cant hit over 600.. Almost seems that the 2.0ns ram is ocing better than the 1.6ns?
Stock cooler, no mods- 2nd run with new card and board.
New DFI Ultra-d,3000+/stock cooler,2x256 XMS 3500
8-2-2-2.
I have much learning to do with this board, but I'm working on it.

What is the max. GPU-FSB???
Is it possible to get 500 or higher ???
I measured VGPU->1,53V Ithink it´s not enough to get 500.
may be with 1,55V???

& by the way, which card is it? & which RAM?
İ'm using dna 5.12
my card is sapphire x800xl and ram is samsung 2.0ns :d
vmoded?
cause i can't get my RAM to do more than 551MHz on stock, no matter what i do!!! (mine are 2.0ns) maybe it's vmod time! :D
There is no vmod in my card but I'm thinking about getting one in the future. I'm also suprised that my RAM appeared to be that good.
NOTE:Forgive my English it is not very good :)

ok ok
...try more power on VDD(0,05V. - 0,1V. more will be save), my stockVDD was ~1,818Volt now it is @~2,04V on club 3d! not powercolor and with 1,6ns ram not 2,0ns ram.
good luck

...by the way :stick:

Stupid question:
when soldering VRs for vmods on this card, does one start the VR at max resistance and turn it down for more volts, or the other way around?
