My efforts for the evening. Pushing this kit of bbse to the limit. Could never pass 5.7 32m, today I could.

do you guys use the pi.dat tweak?
Jody got a problem with me there are better ways and places to discuss it. I'm very sorry you take offense in me thinking I will be a second or so slower than you.........
On topic.
Decided to play with some PSC.
included settings, have fun.
Nice runs there chew*
I will try this UD7
C'mon guys...is all for fun:D
Updated the ss, didn't realize it sucked so bad...

Wasn't the best run, literally booted up ran waza with what I was using before.. and bam....
Chip is degraded after running 3d... Wasn't that great of a chip really, gave me a decent 01 and 03 score.. Will get another couple chips within the week.
Yeah.. 1.65vcore on TEC chilled water.. load was 17C on block.. Chip is definitely degraded..Still is good under 5.4ghz.. but anything over.. not so good...
01 killed my other chip.... but that chip had 3 cores in the grave from when I started.... lol... I want a 5.8 chip anyway...
5,4 now, what was it before?
seriously there was nothing offending in that post, just a little self-ironic touch which I personally gave a little smile. take it easy man!
don't destroy the harmony in this thread please :) (I am usually not saying something to personal things people seem to have between each other but as I started that topic and love how it turned out I felt like I had to say something - please don't put me on your "badboys list" :p: :D )
thanks for sharing! got some screens of my C43 bios also but need to get home first...4 days business trip, 3 days gf on week-end, monday business trip again...sometimes life is busy and sucks :p:
I also seem to have degraded my best chip - did 5589 at its best times but now it can hardly run 5.5 on air anymore (which was easy at the beginning). sended it to a friend for a session and he managed 5.55 under ln2 but didn't came close to 5580. when he first tried water 5.4 was all he got  looks like past 1.62-1.64V the degrading issues start.
Been benching my 2nd best chip a longer term under air just around 1.55-1.57 and he seems to be fine with it even at high temps (60+ but sub 70).
no I only edit the records.dat for having nice times in the overview when starting pi
Someone want to borrow mine and kill it for me?
I fail at killing my retail :shakes:
If you find a 5.8GHz version sure, LMK :p:
Just thinking out loud here (without having a clue as usual :p: ): there seems to be chips we can call "survivors" and there are "pussies" - just like with GT...some could take 1.5V QPI easy, some died, some could take 1.85Vdimm, some died - as seen before on small production process chips tend to be weaker or stronger. There will be no certain voltages we can really say "it will die or not". There are "safe" voltages e.g. below 1.575V every chip can take without big trouble but past a certain border it is like with overclocking itself - some chips have it, some chips not ;)
€dit: but 1.6 vccsa - damn that does sounds strange somehow your chip is still alive :D must be a golden-voltage-survivor - too bad it isn't a golden clocker ;)
first experience with 2600K - auto timings for now

5.0Ghz 1.390v

ive tried three chips and none of them could get into windows at such low vcore eeek, how do you always find these chips
next thing you'll tell me it benches at 5.5Ghz
make sure you disable No memory execute for 32M Pi benching btw as Jody figured out what was causing him to slow down so much over mine and cheapseat's results.
