Just got the drives flashed with the 1370 firmware and installed Windows 7. Here is a quick test.

Should I buy 2x Vertex 60gb and put them on RAID 0 or just pick up one 120gb Vertex? If I put those 60gb ones in RAID 0, is it 120gb then?

Yep you will get 120GB with 2x 60Gb drives in raid 0.......It's doubtful that you will see any real tangible speed increase from a raid 0 set up however and more importantly you will not be able to use the TRIM tool in raid, so chances are that a raid 0 array will end up being a lot slower. Maybe TRIM will be supported in raid at some stage but that's not the case currently.Quote:
