oh that sounds bad. mayb you went too much overclock on the getgo?
good luck finding the solution, it must be something you forgot... hopefully all goes well...
i really hate tracing down them BSOD causes...
it's not my memory i ran memtest without any error's
Still getting bsod's?
no :) have fixed the problem mate!!!
will be posting pics as soon as i find a adapter for the charger that came with my cannon s3 is...
I purchased it from america so it does'nt use the same power pin :(
any1 know where i can get one??
re the camera power adapter ... easiest thing to do is just get a US---> Australia plug adapter. Generally available for less than $10. Double check to make sure your charger accepts 110-220V power (most do).
You can probably also order a spare charger from one of the camera stores in OZ - may even be able to find just the cord to plug in at :banana::banana::banana: Smith's or somewhere like that (I know you can get cords for laptop chargers, not sure about smaller stuff like cameras).
i'm using a canon charger i have a adpater for my mobile i tried that but didn
t fit :( so i'm going to have a look around today see what i can find...
hopefully i won't need a canon adapter just any old one
cheeers
oops, maybe I'm misunderstanding. But, if you just want to plug the charger in the wall, something like this should work:

BTW, glad you solved your BSOD problem.
Best tip for computer pix is, use natural light as much as possible. On camera flash just causes too many reflection probs with surfaces of the type involved
Use a tripod if you find problems with the natural light levels being too low inside the case.

Like Shazza said, richard Smiths should have a travel type conversion plug that'd do the job, or Downtown Duty Free would.
Downtown D/F carry a range that has a conversion unit to match each combination each way. Like US to Japanese or Australian to US or US to Australian. Each one only does one job but that keeps the cost quite low.
I've got one here somewhere. If I can dig it out I'll post the brand name, later.
looking forward to it :)
Spotted a converter at PC Case Gear for $8.50 here.
cheers mate!!! nice find!!
UPDATE:
got some pics for you all!!!!
