I'm going to make a 7900GS or 7950GT setup and i tried sownloading the new 84.56 mod2 and the link apperars to not respond or maybe it's a temporary prob.

yo same, is there a way to make it enable LSI all the time?? cuz i find it disabled after i reboot, even though it shows as enabled . Its actually disabled, i ran some 3dmark and doom3 test.

i had to disabled it and re-enable it ever tiem i reboot to actually enable it. before i disable and re enable it i got 65fps in doom3, and i got 128.5fps after....

is there a way to enable it all the time even after reboot??

I had this exact same problem that happened with any of the modded drivers I tried. I'm currently in the process of selling my 7900GTs for a 7950GX2, as I could find no way to correct this issue. Only way I could temporarily fix it was by reinstalling the drivers each time it occured.

Are u experiencing this prob with both 85.96 and 84.56 modded drivers?

It happened with 3 different drivers for me, including those two.

So is it a general prob with 975X and SLI?
I'm thinking of changing my setup to a P5WDH (or AW9D-MAX) along with 2x7900GS (or 7950GT) and would like to know about any possible probs.

i know why, when i have my ipod connected to my comp via usb and itunes shows up. it messed up SLI, so u can just disable SLI , then re enable SLI then its back, not a big deal, but kidna annoy.

I have a trouble with my SLi on Giga DQ6

i tried 84.66, 85.96, with and without (not flexible) SLi Bridge

I gun 2x 7900 GTX ( tested each one alone, without any bugs or atifacts )

The trouble is in 3D mark, graphics are corrupted , or simply goes to black screen , or froze ... i tried to flip the bridge but no way, i did a fresh XP install with directly the 85.96 but same issue ...

Now i'm resigned to sell one of my graphics card...

My system :

Mobo Gigabyte DQ Bios F3
CPU E6600ES STep5 B1 @ 4050 Mhz ( 450 x9 ) + Vapochill XE II
2 Go of DDR2 Corsair
700Watts Seasonic PSU
2 x PNY 7900 GTX stocks clocks
1 Raptor 36 Go
1 Maxtor 300 Go
1 Samsung DVD writer

PS: the frequency of my CPU is stable, i ran 3d Mark 01 for one entire night

PS2: I did 2 days ago, a score of 62000 in 3d Mark 06, but my windows was crrapy, i ran this session without any bugs or issue, but in order to have a fresh and clean windows, i format and re install, now i have issues...

Iam not having any of these problems with the 85.96 driver....About the only problem is in Call of Juarez I just have to turn off SLI to play it. Otherwise My SLI has of yet to just disable itself..Been running or over 2 weeks now..Iam running the MSI 975x board..Could this be a board specific problem...

Using the Asus P5W64-WS mobo, XP Pro, two BFG 7900 GTX's and Big Sam's 84.56_mod, the driver intalls without any error messages but does not recognize the second video card. Anyone else have this problem and find a workaround? Thanks

the 84.56 works perfect here.

which slot´s do you use for the gfx? i have the same mainboard and no problems with my GTO sli.

any working ones for 7950gt yet ?

I have added support for 7950GT in 84.56 and in INF file for 85.96, but till now did not see any result in ORB on these cards. :(

PCIEX16_1 and PCIEX16_4.

Please disregard -- got it to work in those two slots. Yes! I would have tried different PCIEX16 slots, but couldn't because I have a Aerca SATA RAID card that uses a PCIEX slot too.

I am having the same problem?? did you find a solution?? I have Corsair C3 DDR2-400 ram.

Will these drivers work with 7900GS's on a MSI 975X? Also anyone know were i can get an MSI SLI bridge to work on this mobo???

no, thats a mac theme :stick:
its problem bacause its not official and, isnt tested to work on everything
but there isnt any performance kinks?

Yes 79GS it's work on MSI 975X. MSI SLI bridge ? Asus flexi and anything is ok.
