Anyway to do this as a class action so that all of us pitch in a little on lawyer costs and get some money back and/or results? My last PM from him said to wait until the end of this month and he'd be sending some stuff out so I'm willing to wait until then.

He's got my VapoLS+$1250USD of my money though and I've been waiting since late Oct. 2005 IIRC which is good and long enough, so if this is just a delay tactic I'm with you on pressing charges.

Give me a few more weeks to get a good run on this.. And have your lawyer call me directly so I can put him in touch with my bankrupcy attorney. These units were done for the members of this site nothing more there was o business involved just my hobby, I had planned to make this a business but I got ripped off by a few people here that I had gotten condensers and controllers with as well as a fe peeps over seas.. I am owed money for parts sent to england, I have 16 controllers that do not work as stated and I got my paypal closed due to Justin and his sending my X money... So tell me I was doing these units at about cost and then about 10,000 in cash and material and money owed to me dissapeared so what do I get just sh<<T on by everyone.. Computer pro three I have gotten 10 confusing emails from I am sending your unit back completed and I am sending you shipping as I said I would no more.

Comp3 I am including the new mounting and hold down as I replaced the lineset and block, the damage to teh unit was the usual forthe mach1's the coil's top tube had shipping damage... I will ship this insured with enough coverage.... Charging it up now... Temps and photos in a few.

How many times have you told me I'd have the unit?

I remember PMs you sent me months ago saying my unit was way behind and mine would be the first 1 shipped.

My latest offer was, "You can keep the unit, just send me back the cash" (I should never have sent.) I was simply trying to cut my loss.

I can't really say everything I want to say because it will be edited and / or deleted. (Just a hint -- he's been threatening the bancruptcy thing for about 6 months).

It's simply comical at this point; still no tracking number. We should place bets on how many times he's going to be able to lie before the authorites grab him.

Something is better than nothing but making the situation worse with harsh comments can sure bitter the situation quickly.

Please retain some tact, maybe approach the sitation where he would be inclined to answer you with respect vs what may come as an equil reply in spite.

I see that he is making an effort to get things done on this end so please encourage that.

We see how you guys are out for blood and total :banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::b anana:s to get some self satisfaction in kicking reggie while he is down and this needs to stop.

babalou, I need to cure more mounting kits but we should be able to assemble a few with remaining parts. PM me address and I will get Reggie the box w/ label.

Fugger, you amaze the rest of us. That was not the first time we've had pictures and promises. I have personally been lied to in excess of twenty five times. Excuse me if I don't believe him. Not to mention the unit was supposedly fixed a YEAR AGO.

Is there some rhyme or reason to the order you are producing units?
Are you banging out the SS's first as they're less complicated and
saving the more complex multi head units and cascades for later?
Or are you getting out units to those who've been waiting the longest
regardless of what that unit is?

As of 10/15 it's been officially over a year now since my initial order.
Man, I am really trying to be patient like many other's here, but I sure
do wish you'd let us know whose unit is the next one produced and establish
an order of who's next and so on so I know how far down the list I am.

UPDATE:

Gave chilly1 a call just a few min. ago after he PM'd his phone number to me and he called me right back stating he'd be sending out units every few days now, he mentioned he had some help and business coming in now so he could concentrate on getting our units out the door. He did apologize about the wait too and his several statements to wait another few weeks/months/etc. as he kept having unexpected set backs with his cash flow and work and those who said they'd help him then backing out after he'd already said stuff was being worked on. Certainly bad business planning but I don't think he is out to screw anyone and he did seem very busy.

He also mentioned the controllers are big issue ATM, quite a few DOA's, so he ships alot or all of his units now with a bypass switch so you can at least turn it on with out the controller installed if it breaks so you don't have to ship the whole unit back to him for repair. He also said that there was something like a 3-4 month back order on the controllers.... I told him if necessary to ship mine with out the controller if the wait is going to be that bad and he said that is OK too, he could always send out the controller later, he said it was very easy to install as the harness is already set up inside the unit case or he could send one.

He did also say he had sent out some units already to other people but they hadn't been posting that they'd recieved them on the forums, he sounded frustrated as this had made him look bad, particularly with what computerpro had been saying. I hope those other people speak up if this is true, I certainly know that I'll give and update if/when I receive my phase change system.

That is all the news I have for now.

(Shrug) it's not my fault he had my unit for over a year. He's the only one making himself look bad.
