Tankguyz, your shipping speed still amaze me. My friend ordered 2gig Team667 this afternoon after I showed him my tracking (fedex). :D

Well you can also thank Team for that. They are handling the shipping on these parts. Our shipping is generally fairly quick - but not always *that* quick!Quote:

Why should they perform less ? Same ":banana::banana::banana:" different binned :P
Hmmm...I can get mine memtest stable at 4-4-4-8, DDR1000 w/2.2v , but memtest crashes on test 5 @ DDR 1050....
any recommendations?
so all 667, 800, and 1000 have the same chipsets?? D9GMH?
Got mine on the way!
Hmm...yes. They're all on the same chip, but quite a different week(?). From the post of Benny in ocindo forum, it's different with mine: barenaked module, OPB sign on each chip, different week. Too bad i don't have any mobo to know my barenaked performance :(Quote:

Bang for Buck on a 2 *1 gig kit of Team which is the choice? is it correct that they all use the same Chips? and that the one DDRs are just binned higher?
oh yeah, obligatory OOOOHH Ahhhhh nice results OPB :D
Is tankguyz the best place for purchasing? OPB do you have a personal collection @ OSU that you can ship me some of with the proper financial compensation of course.
Thanks

Yes Tankguys is the best place where you can get that before newegg will lauch selling our TG product;)
And as usuall, obligatory thank you for your OOOOHH Ahhhhh ;)
any difference in the ones with heat spreaders and w/o?
I have a set without heatspreaders or OPB's intials and they seem to be working pretty well.
I havent really started testing stability though becuase my K9N platinum has issues trying to run the v-core at over about 1.525v. voltage is 2.3v also

Would this be the one guys. This company actually have 2 in stock but label this one specifically as Micron - did TG use different IC's before on these modules?
Bear in mind they also have this for a fair bit cheaper:

^ Yup thats the ones. The -M actually denotes micron chips.
so ,, cuz im lazy and dont have the patience for reading all 14 pages of this thread.
i see its clocking really nice, so 1000 and slightly over is not unheard of with this ram and failry low volts. 2.2/2.3v ?
i need some good ram so i am torn between this ram and the gskill HZ 800
Can you get GSkill D9 for 187 somewhere Lestat? Else I would go for TG 5300.
th HZ is,,, like 230 at newegg.
your referring to this right for the TG
http://www.tankguys.biz/ddr2-3448-p-1643.html
Yes I refered to those.
cool.
i just dont want some 667 ram that aint gunna go past 800 i need something... even if its the HZ to do 1000 or 1000+
but since i have the DS3 board. im limited to 2.4v
and btw i am @ 400 FSB default everything. on the DS3 there is a slight vcore droop but its about the same as the DH. about 0.025v and thats cool with me,
Haha just some ram bla bla, have you read this thread at all? PC5300 hits 400 with ease.
2.3v
400 3-3-3-8
525 4-4-3-8
