cooling by tower120.
my qhjj stuck@228
qkhk stuck@234
looks like same as pentium M - we have B1 .. now B1 in these chips
Has anyone posted BIOS shots of the memory config available on this board? Is there any tool similar to A64 Tweaker that shows full memory timings via Windows?
*Edit just saw FELIX's tweaker, maybe one of the high FSB guys can run that so we can see what if any differences there are ;)
Maybe it's a simple memory/BIOS config causing the problem.

Somebody should try a retail chip with new revision :)

Please see Tarosa's SS for FELIX's tweaker setting.

Yep, in lie of thermal grease-- but have to be very carefully using this as core may crack/chip easily, they say.
I 've never used one as I do not own a magic hand:D
would be great on a THIN and LAPPED IHS then :D :slobber:Quote:

I do not think so from its heat dissipation property-- they use it to fit Pot/Core as tight as possible to nearly the core breaking point so one needs a magic hand:D

What is Tarosa doing differently than everyone else? It's kinda crazy that almost everyone can't break 240fsb, but he is just pumping away at it!?

I see people posting that there boards are on the way.... guys please keep in mind that many, many , many boards will have the problem. So if you get the board you dont expect it runs hard. if it does youre lucky. or else you will be very sad.
Or "buy until you get a good one" virus.. :DQuote:

And he has been using a same motherboard.
Yeah there may be helpful motherboard modification,
It will also push the strong CPUs more...
:( to bad... its not fun anymore to get to know what it would be
Sounds like it's time to dump something and get another that isn't FSB limited.Quote:

The T2600 can 1.435v 233x13 pass dual 32m pi, 1.485v 240x13 pass dual 32m pi.
Bios is 03/23/2006, All adjust in bios, I do not use remote and software.
Seem this chip 3.1G is maximum stable frequency under air cool,
I will try watercool later :fact:
Btw: I found a shortcoming in this motherboard, If the FSB ove 230, when i save the bios, It can't automatism reset, I must turn off the power , wait a second and turn on it.
Can someone please find the VCCA mod... so i can try?
I thought it definately wasn't VCCA ;)Quote:
