What is the CPUmark record now?
Just done this:
3402 Mhz
congratulations
432 CPUmarks... wow... and I think this result is pretty good...
http://home.no.net/endreke/bilder/PC/CPUMark_274.JPG
Hehe... could have got more with 246 or 247x11.5 though, but when I had modded the board I couldn't get that CPU speed (warm weather... air cooling sucks).
Anyways... great benching Tom. :toast:
:)
zyx,
what mobo, bios and mem timings you running?
shuttle an50r bios for this fast pi 00 and timings is 3-2-2-10

FSB gains more than cpu, best is to up them together ;)

Ok...I have a 2600+ M coming soon and if I have time tomorrow I will get a new Infinity (saved up change :p:) . I have to go to the shop and pick it up, so gotta find some time. If I let them send it it will take ages (weeks).
If I don't kick yer a** then I will go to DaBit's and shove his cascade on it  LOL :D
Happy tweakin' m8! :toast:

Try to beat me with tweaking since my LP B is dead (accident  ) and I only have a crappy infinity here ;)
Well..you have a GT and I have a M1 507.. dunno about that.. We'll see.. Probably pick a board up tomorrow morning. Dunno when I'll get the 2600's. Hope next week. In the meantime I putt my 3GHz mobile in it, but I doubt that will be fast enough.. On the other hand..my other Mobile didn't go as fast in my NF7.. Got 2850 out of it with 2.2V and it did 2960 with 2.12 in the DFI. So maybe my 3Ghz chip will go a bit faster on the DFI :D Time will tell..Quote:

Tomorrow I maybe have a board that can pull some nice fsb's. Got some better mem too. Shooting again for #1 prom/XP @ pifast. ;)
Edit:
Oh..cpu is a 2600+ M 0351 MPMW. Tested 3 of them..all 3Ghz prime stable
Mhm... PiFast really likes high FSB, more than Super PI.Quote:

Got a new NF7. My... um... fourth. Does at least 238 for PiFast completely stock. I'm hoping it will do 250 with mods. But I doubt it's the 255+ wonder board I was hoping for. :D
Good luck with the boards, both of ya
Mine is crappola again...
ahh clash of the titans :D
looking sweet fewture.. I´ll bet you´ll have it by the end of the day :-)
Can't wait to get that prommy... but it may take a little while. I doubt I'll have a chance against you SAE and Fewture but at least I can try to be the 2nd fastest with NF7 (behind umakemi). If the the board will will do decent FSB speed, that is (245+).
Lets hope so.. SAE is picking up some nasty clocks lately  Would be nice to beat him. Give the bugger some work to do ;) heheQuote:

Yesterday i changed my Celeron 2GHz @ 3.3GHz with a Pentium4 3.0GHz (NW)
Here my new score, the CPU is able to run faster but my cooler is too bad for it. Also my memory is too bad, this crapy Infineon 6A only do 220MHz 1:1 so i must use the 5:4...

UPDATE......
1:1 CPU:RAM with a P4 3.4GHz EE......
damn you´re on a roll :)
I was wondering if you changed to cascade like you mentioned or is it still the good´old prommy?
It's a "hi-pro-mie" ......Moded with R410 gas........NO cascade..........yet...... :DQuote:

I got about 7-9*C in full load colder than the R404........But I've moded more the Promie......Quote:

That meens if you was going 64 bit the time will be as if you was going 40 mhz faster in 32 bit.
I found 2003 64 bit a tad faster than XP 64 bit;)
Ive tried Win2003 server (32 bit version) and got the same result. I must be doing something wrong with my OS tweaks, tried every common trick :(Quote:

I could've had that WR... well, atleast for a while. :)
BTW, whats your Super PI, 35 or 34s?
Did you have to do the L12 mod to get that FSB?Quote:

And if you did, what was your highest FSB before the mod?
Have not tried superpi 1M. Did 2M and it was 1m21s.
Yes I did the L12 mod, otherwise it was no go above 240 FSB.
But I'm into DFI benching now and I'm sure I can do better ;)

I hate you (j/k) :D
it took me 7 CPUs and an R404a mod to my prommy to break 50 sec with the XPs and you go and do it on AIR !!!!!
excellent job :toast:
Hey guys, do you mind telling me what the tweaks are for WinXP and Win2K, if there’s any!!
Thanks.
WELL DONE on AIR...........Air counts first........ ;) :toast:

Hehe. I know that ***Error*** too well ;)
I did not have it today, but sometimes when vcore was too low, or something like that. I also can do 12x270 (I was stunned seeing that), but it would never complete or throw that error :(

No (win2k), and the DFI is sooooo finicky, it sometimes runs this high, and another try results in a lockup :(Quote:

soo close to the 3GHz :D
Netjes Kakaroto ;)
Any way you can reach the magic marker of 3 ghz? ;)
Some nice dutch luvin' here! :D Great work guys ;)
Thanx Few
Couldn't resist the temptation, and the fact I still had another dutchy with a faster score than me :
http://members.home.nl/youpy/a64prom11.jpg
8th place on ministry is mine :D
Waiting for Kakaroto's reply........
Try to run it one more time 2996MHz. Then i should hit the 42.1x.
Tried 290x10, but my BH-5 maxed out to 288MHz 2-2-2-5 @3.8v. The board maybe holding back my mem, but im not sure.
I do 280Mhz @3.4v...
Next week think i will refill my Mach1 with R507. Then 3GHz has to be easy to hit. I like your -40C idle :D
Well done all esp SAE ;)
Just posting to say i'm still around just finished updating the tables its upto date as of 2 mins ago.
Just so people are aware daily / weekly updates went out the
window as i needed to spend less time on PC stuff and more
time on RL stuff.
But I'm still commited to updating, but it may be a month apart
between updates i'll never let it span more than month though.
I'm in the need to revise how the system work's as the file size
is over 600K now and on dialup thats an issue for me so thats
another reason for doing less frequent updates.
anyway keep up the good work folks :)
Thx, that's gr8, pal :)Quote:

I see there now are two more a64 in front of me ;) Rank 29 for only an outdated XP ain't that bad ;)
Been a while since I've last put a score up here but hey, why not?
Got a new A64 3500+, Asus A8V and gig of HyperX PC4000....
Voltage mods are in order of course but I just got the board today. Aircooled btw w/ Zalman chunk of copper on it.
First up... as I didn't really know how to decipher the mem settings.. as there seems to be ALOT more than what I'm used to, I haven't changed anything but cas to 2.5.... And w/ that change and leaving the rest the same.. voltage @ 2.8v I got 263mhz.
http://www.maximumoc.com/img/hardwar...xus_pifast.jpg
And this score was a smidget faster.. my fastest I've hit thus far aircooled.
http://www.maximumoc.com/img/hardwar...xus_pifast.jpg
It really seems that the A64 loves more mhz rather than FSB. At least on this particular bench. When I have more time tomorrow I will be sure to run 3dmark and other benches. I also have a 6800 128mb (until the ultra comes out) to hold me over.
Also if interested...

whats your timings at 265?
Tom the timings are 2-2-2-6. Will try for 268-269 x 11 soon I hope.
ok, if this is the same version of pifast that we use over at www.ministryofoverclocking.net then my best so far is 72.00 seconds :) thats on my XP2400+ with 256mb of ram, haveing problems geting a stable enough overclock to run at any decent overclock atm, think its due to my 5V rail being at 4.7V, hopefully that time will improve soon though :)
owen

One day I think You must come to my place with that mob,
We will put it unter the Cascade -120c and do x13
Btw I have another cascade at -112c for the ATI with a standard Prommy heat, just to mount on it..
:D
Can I have a cascade or do I have one build myself? :D
Sure I can come visit you some day.....could get quite interesting with some good cooling.
Nice :)
DFI Infinity + XP-M 2600+ @ DI
My 1st DI run im going to run in again soon with ethanol or acetone instead of denaturalised alcohol (ethanol should give much better temps than the dena alcohol).
The second problem i had was that the board had problems on mp 12/12,5 the cpu didnt get above 3050 on those multis (sill don’t know what the problem was).
