Just picked up my Asus P5B deluxe> and i finished installing everything on my computer and updating everything (latest drivers/ latest bios 1004)

* vFSB: 1.3
* vNB: 1.55
* vSB: 1.6o
* vMem: 2.15
* Configured FSB: 300 > memory @ 1000 ddr2
* Configured Ratio: 9
* Configured Memory Timings: 5-5-5-15
* C1E and SpeedStep off, Locked PCI Express Frequency locked at 100, PCI Sync Mode at 33.33.
and i can't get stable higher then 300mhz FSB??? ive tried everything, setting votlages to auto.. upping the voltage. right now my system is stable at 2.7ghz (300x9) and memory running at ddr2-1000mhz.. but once i lower the multiplyer, and bump up the FSB to 330mhz > the system doesn't even boot.
any ideas ???
