Oops, you're in the U.K., so wouldn't understand that saying. Well you made it seem like this mobo can't do more than 1000Mhz period. Now we know 3.2GHz regardless of the MHz on the memory is a big difference over 2.7GHz. 1MB SuperPi is no great achievement, I know this but I just want so show something positive out of this board that's all.Quote:

OK, well it's easy to reach over 1000 on my board, but stability is another thing completely. Thing is, I think it's mainly my memory just can't do 1000 rather than my board but since hardly anyone else can reach 1000 stable, maybe it isn't my ram.. it's all very confusing :p:Quote:

I kinda doubt your memory is the culprit. I think it all comes down to tRD being too tight on the P5W DH. The Mushkin sticks run perfectly fine on my buddy's P5B Dlx @ 1120 yet it barely makes it to the windows desktop for a few seconds before BSOD @ ddr1000 on the i975 board.Quote:

I have problem with onboard sound...
I usually use Audigy 4 as my soundcard, but I bought an amplifier and I connected it through SPDIF out on my onboard soundcard.
But, when I install audio drivers, my cpu usage in idle is ~11%...then I uninstalled audio drivers, all was fine...
Then again, I installed audio drivers downloaded from Realtek's web site, but the cpu usage is still ~11%...
So, can someone help me??

Yep, they suck, I'm returning it to Newegg for RMA. I bought a new one from another Chief Value and I got a Rev 1.04G. I'll test it out tonight. But Rev 1.03G are no good.Quote:
