Can't check the rest of parameters at this moment.
Thx!
Yes, we could, that's in Yosemite National Park, but I remember exactly where we took the picture, now just have to learn HDR. ; )
you dont take pictures in HDR. you take a picture and then use a program to make it HDR.
Weevil, if you shot in RAW, or even if you didnt, just pick your HDR software of choice, mine is Photomatix, and make your hdr picture.
RAW is better but just a single picture will work just fine.
make 2 more copies so you have a total of 3.
load it into the program and tell it the exposure range -4 to +4 or what ever you want. and then get to adjusting.
as you can see my little guy has started to purposely open his mouth when he has a mouthfull of anything liquid so it runs down is his chin, neck, shirt and sometimes pants.
let's just say he gets more clear liquids now then anything else.

Sorry for all the snow pics :P But thats what I have right now.
try a shot from the tree side of that picture, or better yet poke the camera around one of those trees and take a shot thru the trees of the sun.

Some amazing photographs have been posted in the last week, the standard is improving greatly.
I spent the last week traveling to Barcelona and back, took many, many photos. I now realize that I need two things: a wide-angle lens and a GND filter. Going down to F25 is a little ridiculous, especially considering it wasn't even sunny.
Alsea Highway or Highway 34 in Oregon. Here's the location my friend Ben and I shot from for the panorama.

ha,,, no way man, thats your baby. have at it.
HDR stuff is fun with Photomatix as you can get some super cool effects.
i have another program that allows even further detailed control along with color additions/adjustments i'll have to find the name of it.
i posted this a while back but this has got to be my personal favorite
this was just a sunset i changed to look like the whole area was on fire.
