yes..the vdroop issue what you are seeing CyC.....
by the way.....that is a very respectable oc at that voltage...... ;)
I'm having the same problem. Has anyone figured it out yet?Quote:

When I try to increase it manually (it works with the OC 30% profile, but again, the memory won't go faster).
I tried setting the vMCH to 1.65, the vCore to 1.35, vDimm to 2.1, and disabling both HyperPath and Digital Home mode. Also tried setting timings to 4-4-4-12 as stated in the product description, and enabling SPD with the same results. SPD on this ram I believe is 5-5-5-18.
It won't get into windows - restarting before the desktop, or programs not starting - complaining of memory not being able to be read.
This is on BIOS 1801, but it also happens on 1707 and 1404.
Thanks for any help!
I had almost the same problem but now I boot with processor at 3.20mhz with spd and then with new memset in windows the memory goes up to 425 with no probl...and I have 4-4-4-10Quote:

I think i have found memory that seems to work very well with this motherboard at a cheap price. OCZ 22p8001gk-pc2-6400...$149.99 canadian. I have this 1 gig kit running at 1000mhz 4.4.4.15 timings runing memtest for 6 hours so far no errors. It is testing faster then my $700 flex xlc and my $500 corsair 8500c5 memory. Just did 10050 in everest. My flex ocz can ony hit 9600. I feel stupid and poor now ..lol
Ez-raid set up not working right on P5W DH Deluxe , HELP NEEDED FOR RAID 0 ( 2 WD 74GB Raptor )
I did everything correctly as stated in the manual
set the jumper mode 100
set enabled in bios for EZ-raid mode change
installed OS
installed EZ-raid manager utility
No matter what I did it came out to be a big raid, I set the jumper 100 or 001 came out the same to be big raid , my 2 74gb add up to 139gb showing on the system and EZ - Raid manager utility.
Well RAID-0 is just striped with no redundancy, so it will be the size of both drives combined, but the method of writing the data is such that each successive block will be written to an alternate disk, where-as on a JBOD setup, sucessive data doesn't necessarily get split between the two disks (and is therefore slower to read and write than RAID 0).Quote:

No idea about that, but might I suggest not using EZ-RAID? You'll get better performance using SATA 1 and 3.Quote:

I never setup a raid before, have no idea how to set up a raid array. Hoping for the Asus Ez-raid backup feature does the job, came out to be useless feature. Currently have to set my two new 74gb raptors as a two separate harddrive. One for OS and the other for game.Quote:

Sorry for the double post.
Only ES ( Engineering Samples ) & X6800/QX6700 CPUs feature upwards unlocked ratios/multipliers.Quote:

So, stick with 1602 as long as you...want your multipliers :D

so is this seem right to everybody??
EZ-raid 0 on P5W DH Deluxe of two 74gb raptors is one drive of 138gb ??

Hopefully a P5W DH owner could answer this for me. Can the board support 6 SATA drives *without* using RAID? I'm concerned about the 2 orange SATA ports which are used for the 'EZBackup' feature. Will those two ports also allow for just regular SATA useage?
What was the tRFC value one should have now again?
