Is there a formula how to calculate the VCCA Voltage?
I though about using a 1000 Ohms poti and a 820 or more resistor, so you cant get the resistance lower than 820 Ohms or more. The used resistor should result in a voltage not higher than 1.9V or even 1.95V, so if i could calculate what is needed for maximum 1.9 i would be happy :)

760s running happily at 240x12 = 2880mhz
and haven't pushed higher yet,
same results as with a modded ct479..

Here are my 24/7 stable settings before (jumper @ 100fsb) on P4gd1
Stable @ 2.73Ghz (14x195 default)
AiBooster Support: Enabled
Performance Mode: Standard
PCI Clock Syncronisation Mode: 33.33MHz
Spread Spectrum: Disabled
Chipset: 1.6V
Vcore: 1.45 (1.55 actual measured by DMM)
More vcore seems to make things only worse.
Cooling by zalman 7700
Tried both 133 and 100 jumpers. 100 is better
The only different capacitor that was used is SMD 1uF/50V instead of 63V.

Look at the 1st post. Hipro mentioned 740. So, I guess any dothan should benefit.
My mod is fine because it was made by the guy who has high quality soldering skills. So it is either extremely bad cpu or settings (which I can't find).
I would certainly NOT wanna believe that this mod is absolutely useless or fake.

I'm not going to re-mod my new adapter just yet, so can't test..
basically coz it killed my other one and I'm a skint 16yr old who can't keep spending £35 on a ct479 evrytime it breaks ;)

I have a 760 in a P4C800 and I can actually boot at 2800Mhz, but its not stable for games or some heavy stuff. I can actually run SuperP1 1M and surf the net but thats about it. I think its because 1 the PSU and 2 the board or adapter not supplying enough juice to the CPU. Now if I do a Vdrop on my P4C800 would I still have to mod the Adapter? I need some guidance before I pull the gun and start to solder...

You don't need to do vdroop and vcore but you can if you want..
I use an Antex CS18 btw, but with a 1106 or 1107 tip
I am going to do the Vdrop first and see how it goes... I can boot up to 250FSB, but the CPU needs more juice... All I want in 2.8 air stable.. I just dont like odd numbers... 2.7 is killing me...

Tried it too on my 780 non-ES and didn't get anything. However, I'm on the stock cooler and I feel its more cooling-related than anything. Under subzero things might change. Never had trouble booting at 250MHz FSB with this particular proc even without the mods.
