The above is just a preview, I know it's high res, just wanted you guys to see the quality we put out here at XS :lol: guess it's not meant for the 56k crowd . . .

Wait for the full versions, I'll do some in low res for the low bandwidth folks.

Sorry if I missed it (you prolly said it a million times already) but when do u expect to release the final version Matt? No pressure, just curious :)

Next week prolly. I've got an XS review to spit out, which will probably come first.

Video editing requires an intense time commitment! ;)

Amazing job there Matt, and I can understand your pain. I imagine even that one short video, that kept looping until I realized it was less than a few minutes long :D , would have cost you a couple of hours to do, not to mention getting the A-Ok from those in the vid for the final version.

It did take an hour or two to edit (unfamiliar with Premiere Pro, got it from the university) and then another few hours of headaches to get the output render correct.

Last time I did a full video, it took two of us 72 hours straight to clip together a 20 minute video. My buddy stayed up the whole time, three days straight! Now, granted, we had a lot more footage than I do, but that should give you some idea of the workload ;)

ive edited lots of video especially using premiere

it does take a while, but if its fun u dont notice it

usually takes me like 6-10 hours for a 40 minutes video, form 5 hours of footage

OK guys, video work is underway as we speak. I need to get back to my dual Xeon rig to do the output renders, so Monday at the earliest, and depending on the final output size we may need hosts for the video clips (I'll probably do more than one), so if you've got fast server space you're willing to use for XS, let me know!
