NF3/NF4 & TCCD - Highest stable clocks - REPORT IN !!!

i got a pair of adata vitesta ddr600 (2x256mb) with samsung tccd...

it is interesting that this memory loves high vdimm, in order to pass 32m sp mem needed 3.1V vdimm...:woot:

2.9 bios just for benching. Sticks are rated 2.7-2.9. It's no different then runnig 3.6+ in UTT or BH-5 while benching. I never run wide open 24/7.
BTW, SG is like horseshoes, just close, not exact.

Looking good, the best I was able to do with them was 310mhz and that was with pretty loose settings.

it's a shame the entries don't have MBM5 or Smartguardian shot in them as a requirement as well

i've got a pair of PC4800FF sticks and i'll do some more benching before i submit final :banana::banana::banana::banana:s but it will be around 310MHz 2.5-4-3-7 1T mark......need to tweak it a little moreheheheh

Thanks, your skills are much greater then mine, you must not have been trying hard.:) This 170 I'm messing with has a really good memory controller on it. To get into the top ten with a 4 TRCD a guys got to be at 320 and up. :(

hey guys after a bunch of messin' around i got my ram to run desireably, imo it's a very decent time for 2300 some odd mhz

plz love my tccd

2.8 v's 2.5-3-3-5. i'm sure i can do more, i've seen 290 @ 3-4-4-8 2.8v's but only 1 stick at a time and am unsure if it's stable.

anyways here's my max clock for dual sticks 2*512

trtw and the other two 18 settings seen in a64 tweaker helped my by 100+ mb/s so it'll help even MORE for dual channel guys. high preamble and mal settings helped me gain stability at a tinch of performance cost
