Well the Intel Dual core CPU has the same flaw that the Intel version of the Nforce4 chipset has, Namely the Location of the Memory Controller, Put It on the CPU just like AMD did and Intel could gain back Market share, Until then Both Items will suck, And one will be worse than the other. :stick:

Hardware is still running fine, I fired up when PC_ICE was here and didnt reach temp on the Cascade. We took it up to 5.8Ghz or so at about -95c

My third stage needs to be recharged. It was low on charge and has mostly R1150. We will recharge again with R14 and most likely run a combination of hand crank valve and PEV.

no, i dont think so. think dfi will release another ocer-board with the new 955-northbridge :)

Hopefully, all it'd end up taking is one "over-the-top" enthusiast board from DFI based on i955 and I might have to consider switching back. ;)

7.2 isnt anything special!

My ZX81 is clocked to 1.01Mhz, so beat that!!!

Seriously mate... Im impressed.

I have been clocking for something like a year or so, and my best clock so far, is with my XP17 and just about 2 months ago, I hit 3Ghz with it, not really stable at all, and I ended up with a fried RAM stick that was stuck in the Mobo... Maybe the Mbo or ram still lives I dont know cos I cant get the RAM out!

This is on a combination of Water, AIR ( Via half a dozen Deltas ) and a bloody cold room ( Attic / loft converted to LAN room ) - cheap triple phaze eh?
