I agree with mikecdm, if you are going to overclock your system, than you'll want to turn off most (if not all) of those features.....they really don't play nice with each other and it will usually make your system unstable.
In regards to RAM voltage, it really depends on the chip and if you are overclocking the RAM or not. Sometimes you'll need a little more juice if you are overclocking it, but you might be able to under volt it if you are underclocking the RAM (I'm currently running my 1600MHz RAM at 1528MHz).
It's just a matter of experimenting with your particular components.
