BlueAqua's SuperProject: MurderMod TJ-07, MM UFO, V2000

Damn this is looking sweet BA... Amazing work.

I like the pump placement, gonna be hidden nicely and the padding on the bottom will definately help with the bad vibes :) It is also a huge plus to have the pump mounted to that much Alu on the main chassis. Of the two pumps in my TJ the only one I can hear at all is the one mounted to the optical assembly, and that is because there isnt a boatload of Alu to keep it solid therefore vibration city.

I'm really happy with the pump base. It's heavy enough and with a wide base so that it won't wobble or shift around. I'm still going to attach it to the case but it's going to be solid. I just need to ensure that it doesn't touch the psu or radiator. I'll still have room down there to install a double radiator if ever needed, so that will be a good option.

I also cleaned out my Feser radiator. To my surprise the water came out clean every time.

I need to go and make some progress. :) Thanks for all the support guys.

Today I mounted the fans to the radiator and attached the Hammond boxes to the frame. That was a lot more time consuming that I would have thought, but the results were great.

Feser 120.3 with Scythe S-flex G's. :) I also really liked the included gaskets, very nice and easy to work with.

I need to get a fitting in the mail before I install the midplate. Once I can install that I'll mark and drill the midplate, ensure it lines up, and attach the radiator and pump to the base. I think I should probably have that fitting tomorrow as Sidewinders ships amazing fast for me. Gary, if you read this. Thank you!

I chose the model G for high cfm if needed, however they'll all be on the Aquaero and speed dependent on water temperature. Uh oh, I think I've said too much.

I finally found a place in ireland that sell those Hammond project boxes, only problem is they don't take order unless it is over 35 euro, excluding vat :(

Oh well, atleast your current log is keeping me on track with mine :) Must say I feel kind of scared that I'm going to have to drill some holes in my chassis :p:

Thanks a lot guys. Twwen, yes that is the GTZ mounting equipment on the AC DI HD. I liked the backplate and how solid the mounting equipment is so I thought I'd try something new. The fact that it's black is a huge plus too.

ShoNuff, I mounted it like that for tube routing, plus there is just a dual core in this one, I doubt it would make any difference in orientation.

I can't wait to see the tubing on it either Skinnee, but I have a good feeling that I'm going to like it. I hope it doesn't look too busy with the chipset block in the loop.
