Where can I find a bristol comp like that?
so can anyone send you their prommy for an upgrade bowman ;)
You better watch out bowman, or you'll have a whole new business soon. :D
Wow, excellent work Bowman !
That a nice balance of temps you've managedwill be interesting to see how it runs on a system, then when its cascaded that should be a sight to behold :slobber: :slobber: :slobber:
Great work, Bowman. And the best is yet to come. We both know that ugly white "F" stuff is keeping it from showing what it can REALLY do. :D
Being that you push these systems right to their absolute limits, I wonder if that 1 HP compressor has been given a hernia... LOL
Personally, I like the desk lamp mod. ;)Quote:

Bowman, how did you finnaly insulate these evaps ?
Well i left the ceramic coating on and made boxes and sprayed foam just like i had been doing.then covered the foam with armorflex.used pipe insulation and colored sleeving to finish it off.just have to do the rest.Quote:

by the berkut.....i like the avatar:D
But as it seems the ceramic coating is almost useless :\ Its only good to full the space between the evap and isolation :\
What temps do you get on this system ?
Ill start making my system in a few days when my flex hoses arrive ^^
why didnt you rotate your mobo by 180*, your gpu evap would be base downwards, you would have better temps ^^ Since you made a new "case" for everything it didnt matter (?) how would you position it.
thx, i think it suits me more ^^ Thats Rayne from Bloodrayne ^^ Great game, played today for over 8h and now i have a "computer hangover"
I think his main plan is to throw his Intel rig on this bench, after testing the triple evap out first. Go baby go!
I'm thinking my 3 GHz+ 1700+ chip could be used there :D :)
I do know JC he's ready to give that a long hard ride!
Hey Bowman, What is that colored wrapping youve been using and where did you pick that up? Thanks
well guys would post a pic but i have to reload window tommorow to see how far she will go but......
I did manage to make a couple of 3d2001se passes over 3.0g on a amd.3013mhz @2.1v to be excate.which was running -38c,the r9700 was benching at 500core.turning in a couple of strong 20995 scores.this was with a old 3.1cat set.i cannt get 3.2 to load with my patch like i used too for some reason.so i will try a fresh install of windows tommorow.shouldeasily turn a 22500 ot 23000 score for a r9700 that will be stella.....then i will mod the r9800 maybe this week.
what fsb are you using ?
well with only a short bit of time to test,it was running 231fsbQuote:

i have to fine tune the bios and do a fresh install of windows tonight.
been a while since i can been benching, not sure what the fastest cat drivers are right now for win2000 and amd...anyone know for sure.if i am going to reload i may as well get the fastest set installed first.
i did a quick ORB search this morning and found the #1 amd r9700 spot is held with cat3.6.win2000.so that is what i am planning on tring first.
but i was impressed with the load.it was holding a good -36c to -39c temp range.by the volts and speed that is putting 190watts of heat.but hard for me to believe that.it may...just used benchtest.com to caculate it out.
I would test how high the system can go before reinstalling windows ;]
These temps are evap temps ?
