@mu||et: Exquisite!
mullet, I think it would've look much better if you can hide the VGA cables behind the motherboard tray.
Thanks guys. @ lkiller123 I tried but there is no room behind that mobo tray.
I love the way you sequestered all those cables in the upper chamber.
Yeah it is not modular. I cheated.
@ WeHa
That gaming rig is really xtreme. I like it.:)
^^Very nice
I agree, but why not get a top for your pump so you could put the pump under your res?
Other than that I love it.

Nice build, meo95, but please note the rules for this thread:
Quote:
Four Simple Rules:
1) No larger than 1280 x 1024 pixel (but 1024 x 768 pixel is preferred),
2) The limit on the number of pictures is 4 per case (if you want to post more than 4 pictures, use thumbnails or post links without using the IMG tags),
3) Do not quote images,
4) Finished cases only, no worklogs.
I'm sorry.

Recent ankle surgery has just about emptied out my guitar/computer fund, so I've had to put off my planned new i7 computer and just do a lesser upgrade of some components (case, hard drives, cpu). This should hold me over for a wee bit longer:

Beautiful case, but that side panel trashed it for me.
Looking good Janik :)
http://smiliesftw.com/x/wtcwerd.gif
The fans and fan grills make the system look rather cheap. Otherwise it would look great.
I went with function over form for the side panel. I'd actually just as soon not have a window there at all, but there's not currently a windowless panel available for that case. Those Accelero S1 coolers do an excellent job on the 5850 cards, but only when they get good airflow; that bottom 140mm intake was intended to make sure that they get lots of cool air, tho I did miscalculate the position of the fan & need to do a new panel.
If I was going for functionality, I would go with a cheap CM690 or a HAF932. Never would I buy a Lian Li for functionality and extreme cooling. Get a Silverstone case if you want both functionality and good looks.

EDITED:
I recently made a rig in a CM Storm Sniper case. Super case. Spacious, elegant and above all, excellent for WM, thanks to the smart holes in the tray, the space next to the tray and to the huge space between the tray and the side panel where you can perfect arrange the cables to be hidden.

MarkC. Welcome. What a grand first post!
And what case is that? it looks like you have more than an inch (2.5cm) between the top of your heatsink and the side panel.
People should be forced to read the rules before every post in this thread. Scrolling through a dozen pictures FTL. http://smiliesftw.com/x/yzq0fi3k6gzeae4tlh5j.gif
If the members continue to neglect that simple rule maybe admin could take a look if vBulletin could stear up picture count and size through it's programming.
Think it's for the best, if it's possible.
@MarkC: Nice touch with the spikes. :D
@MarkC
What are the spikes for?
The case is 230mm wide, which is nice. But there seems to be much distance between the motherboard and the side panel. How much space behind the mb tray - distance from mb tray to the right panel?
This is where I can watch TV and play games!:D
This is the little woman's computer as you can tell.
This transparent side panel look just like SilverStone style :D
anyway, really nice modding job
http://img529.imageshack.us/img529/4756/cimg0333.jpg
Hi there
The spikes are merely aestetic. Since i had bigger m3 screws i decided to put the spike and give a nice touch.:)
About the case from the mb tray to the side panel i have 210mm +/-
Here you can see better the gap i have between the top of the heatsink and the side of the case.

Thank you for the pic. That distance is very interesting. It looks like there is room for a 25mm fan between the heatsink and the left panel.
Between the PCI slots and the side panel - are those positions for 60mm fans or 80mm fans?
Finally, how much room between the back of the MB and the right side panel? The manufacturers never tell you how much room they leave for running cables.
60mm fans that you can put there.
Yes there is room for a side fan, in fact the case comes with a 200mm fan stock.
http://i420.photobucket.com/albums/p...S/DSC04575.jpg
http://i420.photobucket.com/albums/p...S/DSC04574.jpg
About the room behind MB i can tell you that is tight. It's a problem to close the panel with the sleeved extension i have. And the problem it's with the shape of the side panels that have a hollow which occupies too much room.
Hope that that had helped. :)
Best Regards

Did you extend the tray and tap new posts or was it sturdy with just the normal ATX posts?
