Just an obervation; These new longer FAAH WU are hurting us in terms of point awards. Now you know how strongly I supported the AIDS project. For almost 18 months I did nothing else but I moved to the Cancer project app 3 months ago after having some issues withn the WU's locking up.
No issues since.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not telling anyone to move.
Just saying what I did and my observations.

Skinnee, Jtrain43791 & others concerned about FA@H numbers: Don't worry about your daily points being down. They're only delayed until the other cruncher on each of your WUs that is Pending Validation returns his copy. Then, your points will come romping home to restore your average. Some extra-long WUs on machines that over-claim points have been timing out tho. Their crunching time has been lost, and will never be credited. Those and any other WUs that are not in by their deadline will be re-issued to a known fast-returner, so you will eventually get the points for all of your WUs that are PV.

Most people have tinted windows. I got mine tinted so they met legal limits ( unlike the last Honda I had ).

yes, it does help, even here in PA. i'm tinted as per the laws of 35% but can't be on the front driver or passenger windows. i drive a pontiac vibe which has a black cloth interior and its a hatchback so i have all that extra space of the trunk adding heat to the rest of the car. imo, with the tint, the heat in the car seems to be less humid and gross but more of a dry heat.Quote:

How long did it take to get used to it? The transmission is so slippery smooth it took me a while to get a feel for it. I still have mixed feeling about the narrow gear spacing though.
