so do you think the HZs can do 11x275 with some tweaking or 10x300?
Just got my set in. 235 2.5 3.2.5 worked. 245 didn't boot anymore at 2.7 Volts.
I didn't do any tweaking yet so this is just a first test.
Currently running at 150 divider with the RAM at 221mhz stable while writing down the best settings for the RAM to try get higher.
If i can't get it to 245 for the 166 divider i stick to the 150 one and am happy.
If i can get above even better.
I will update as soon i know what i really can do.
So far the 150 divider seems no problem. It was my biggest fear that it wont work after reading comments in here.
Edit: The sticks are stable up to 267 3-3-2-5 !!!
I love these sticks. For the money they are just plain awesome!
show us please ur complete mem's timings setting and ur volt
I used the ones from the G.Skill technician at page one. (Bios setup for DDR 540) Volts = 2.8v but the DFI is overvolting slighly i think. Should be 2.85 in reality.Quote:

Currently i run em at 241 3-3-2-5 1T 2.7v. That's the 166 divider. That way i can run my CPU at max. 7.2k bandwith in Sandra is enough for my gaming.
This will be my 23/7 setting.
just decided this morning b4 class to try out some slower timings to see if i got higher, and right now im @ 250 3-4-3-7-1t priming away, will try higher Mhz later, this zx kit is strange, 3-3-2-7-1t up to about 240,242, and now 250 @ higher timings, i wonder if it will go much higher than 250 @ these timings, 255 would be nice, ill try that later, just wanted to say that if your stuck, try a little slower timings, you may be surprised :)
what do you do in that lost 1 hour? 23/7 :)Quote:

I play the MMO Eve Online. It has 1 hour daily downtime and people use the term 23/7 often ingame for that reason.
I am so used to it that i use it outside the game allready. :D
Thanks for posting here btw. Your settings rock and helped me get lots of performance out of my G.Skills.
I was considering getting the ZX as my backup ram but after reading quite a few people RMA and return them because the sticks can't overclock past the rated speed....well.....I'm gonna have to look for something else, as I'm in fear of end up getting some of these left over junk that someone else's RMA'ed or returned, especially when newegg has the habit of putting those used item back in stock again. :stick: so the HZ can do about 260~270 @3-3-3?
Friend bought some 2gbzx the other day. I'm fiddling for a couple of days since he doesn't have his computer with him at the moment.
Currently memtesting 260mhz 3-3-2-5. This is 2.9v without +.2v. Highest i could get 1m passed was 268mhz. Havent done any 32m runs yet.
Tested with 702-1 and 623-3. Could pass 1m 1mhz higher going to 623-3. :woot:
Any idea how these would perform in a nf2 platform? Friend bought these in preparation for a64 but is currently running my old unlocked 2500+ and nf7-s v2.
today i am tesing for 133 divider

hmmm funny thing happened, i was able to use 133 divider but now i can not do it again! :(
i will keep trying
well, i guess 133 is not going to work anymore...
but 144 works!!

Man, i'm using an old Voodoo3 2000 PCI 16MB here in my server, and a bloody monitor too, but am i seeing 2x1GB @ 300MHz 2.5-3-2-5 ??? I obviously think that's a CPU-Z bug, but that screenshot r00lz :D
Actually what's the real speed on those sticks? I think i'm getting some ZX after all...
u should check A64 :)
CPUz just let u know i am runing at dual channel 1GB*2
I hear about people having problems with ZXs and having to RMA them. I hope not to have any problem, and also I hope that my sticks clock well ;)
i actually asked newegg about rma, until now is few kits (less than 10 compare to over 500 sold) got rma to them!Quote:

no time to test the three of them but here r our only results
mine now testing @ DDR490
mine is 100% stable @ DDR500 3-3-2-7 @ 2.6Vdimm
memtested it @ DDR500 3-3-2-7 @ 2.7 and was stable for more than 2.5hours
gone test it more in the next couple of days
another kit with my best friend
can do DDR496 @ 3-3-2-7 @ 2.7 and totaly stable
he told me that he is now testing them @ DDR520 @ 2T @ 3-3-3-7
the last kit is owned but not a mad o/cer like us so he only tried it @ DDR440 @ 2.5-3-2-7 @ 2.6 which is very stable with him since he got a 3500+ and he like 220x11
Wow only $185 at newegg now.

Very nice.
BUMP FOR $185 :woot
ok i guess i got the best kit ever
i am now @ DDR520 3-3-2-7 @ 2.6vdimm only using the most amazing bios every 704-2BTA and it is stable prime for 30min ( test 5 ) SuperPi 8m & 32mb
i recommand this bios for everyone using a DFI LanPArty NF4 based mobo
gonne try for more fsb or tighter timings but not now cause i need to sleep
Prime has a #5 test? I think you mean memtest, even then memtest doesn't test windows stability.
For those looking to buy this ram, newegg has it right now for 185
Bought a pair from newegg..
Hope it clocks good!
ya sorry i meant memtest
and for windows test i did tets using prime for 1 hour and before i did 2 runs of SuperPI 32mb and 1 run of 8mb
will test gaming stability but as soon as i get my 7800GT since i am working now on a pci v/c :S
Got some sticks coming to me. Hopefully will be good.
