WRONG! Numerous people have reported the "bug" that rivatuner has that prevents overclockings... afterall users report no artifacts when going higher. Fools paradise. The errors are there. They may not manifest themselves as visible artifcats because they alter values only slightly or are not used for pixel output value.
The internal clock test definetly works... maybe even not agressively enough (in short time period cant detect long term stability problems).
Ofcourse if all you care is higher 3dmarks, by all means disable it. But, through extensive testing I have found that scores decrease before you reach point of artifacts, and then there is stuttering and freezing/locking up issues that I am trying to figure out.
