It means your memory is not stable, it makes read/write errors.Quote:

You can do this:
- Longer max. async. 8ns => 9ns
- Stronger Drive strength 7 => 8
- Refresh rate => 0123 (200Mhz 3.9us), works for me :)
My memory used to completely die at DDR600, with millions of errors. After updating to DFI's 623-3 BIOS, it runs with no problems whatsoever (24hr Prime stable... :D)
Click Me.
Can you post some settings. I love to see this :DQuote:

That depends, if you're into gaming the new games will most likely use that much ram, battlefield2 for example is a ram hog. It pretty much requires 2 gigs to be played the "way it is meant to be."
Great guide :)
i also got my 2x512MB OCZ EL PC3200 Platinum Rev2 (TCCD) stable in Memtest86+ w no errors @ DDR600 / 2,5-4-3-6
but these modules r working nicely in windows @ DDR620 / 2,5-4-3-6
:toast: keep it up
that's a bit different.
here it's just MUCH more difficult to get'em stable at windows than at memtest86.

I guess that one of you cores needs more voltage...
Just add some vcore and try again...
Hello !
My firs post here. :cool:
Why can't I use mem dividers other then 1/2 ? I can run my system 9*295 1:1 prime stable, but when I set the divider to any other then this, I can hardly get to Windows. I don't change anything other then the divider. Or do I _have_ to change something else also ?
Please help. :p:
My setings...

Hi there
One question.I've got UTT and TCCD memory,with UTT i can perform at 10x270Mhz 2-2-2-5 1T memtest free of errors and SuperPi 32M and with TCCD 9x300 Mhz 2.5-4-3-8 1T again error free memtest but SuperPi fails at first two seconds.Using DFI NF4 Ultra,Winnie 3500+ 0450 .In both cases i'm using 1.5v which is prime stable with UTT
I read careful kakaroto's topic but using these settings can not stabilize the memory in Windows
make sure max async latency is set to autoQuote:

Deus Falsus: Thnx, but it doesn't work. :confused:
try playing around with different tref values, try 3120, 1032, 4708 and 3072
yeah TREF values helped with similar problem.....I was able to use DDR400 and DDR366 dividers...after setting the right TREF value it would happily go with lower dividersQuote:

First thanks for nice guide.
Recently i bought 2x512MB of GeIL ONE-S (Samsung TCCD); these sticks are rated to DDR600 at 2,5-4-4-7.
I setup them in bios with above timings, other settings were as per your guide for 2x512MB@DDR600, Vddr=2,8V.
All was ok in Memtest (50xtest#5, 30xtest#8), but when I start SuperPi i got error just at the very begining during calculating initial value! Prime95 is not better - error in 2nd pass... :(
Same thing is when I set all other timings to auto except basics 2,5-4-4-7.
My Venice is at 1,62V and at that voltage clocks to HTT=305MHz with 1:2 divider so i suppose that its controler is not an issue.
Any suggestions please???
What speed are they stable at?
Proc on 1:2 and 3:4 mem divider and @1,6V goes upto 305MHz with prev dimms.
My new memory without any problems should reach ddr600...
I'll "isolate" it apart from cpu(@ 5x multi) and check how high will it go.
Yes these settings I would love to see :toast:Quote:

You want to shareUrmoZ??
Edit : I also have OCZ EL Rev 2 TCCD
Say yes ;)
SO...
I tried these settings with my LEs... unstable.. Why?
Can somebody help me?

Hi,
I got the same problem - errors in SuperPi, Prime95, OCCT.
In Memtest everything is ok but in windows not! Why?
I bought this quite expensive GeIL ONE-S which should run DDR600 without any problems...
Kakaroto help us please!..
