2x TwinMOS PC3200 256MB "3125E" 1.5-2-2-T1 262mhz @ 3.6 volts.
im @ a nF3 platform. and all these speeds are tested with memtest“s test 5 running 8 hrs without errors.
welcome to XtremeSystems elixxx :toast:
can you tell me the chip code of the khx? that first stick looks like bh6, dont think there was bh5 back then already.
dfi nf3 754, right? did you try more vdd? i heard the early nf3 boards are stuck at 260fsb in 1:1 without a vdd mod :)
@saaya the pleasure is all mine
Sorry cant take the heatspreaders off
Serial Number 012E71C8h
is what EVEREST prompts (i know it doesn't help )
will give a better try this week
thanks mate :D
yeap im on a dfi lp nf3 250 ut.
VDD? that is the chipset voltage? think ive runned it on 1.7 or 1.8 not sure.. i just might juice it up to 1.9..
funny thing of the khx3000 sticks.. both of em are dubble sided. so first stick are kingston relabled "0306" on both sides. and the other stick , the one side are "0306" and the other "0319" from wat ive read the 0319 are ch5 ? or? funny that they used 2 diffrent chip on a stick of ram
I am looking at buying a 256mb stick of ADATA PC3200 that is about 18 months old... it is rated at 2-3-2-5... can someone tell me if the chips on it are BH5 or not please?
The code on the IC's is:
20327
ADD8608A8A-5B
Thanks in advance
I can't pull the heatspreaders and the program I d/l isn't telling me the week of production for them but I have 2 x 511 Corsair 3500 C2 v1.1 that do 252 and 257 single channel with 3.2 volts in my AN7
okey.. little more testing my 2x256 "3125E" does 267mhz 1.5-2-2 @ 3.59 volts. just 3 mhz from 270 pisses mi off :S changing cas latency dosent affect anything.
if i set my DDR booster over 3.6 volts my system bootds award CMOS thingy :/
As far as I know these are A-Data labled Mitsubishi Chips. No Winbond there. ;)Quote:
